I so wanna do this!

I have tried to reach a manager for three days. Was told that she fully booked. I then asked for the regional manager, haven't heard back from anyone. For the last 9 months, I have paid $99 a month for maintenance to the tune of $891. Unfortunately I had a death in the family, my Mom 92 fell in January and broke her arm and recently she fell and broke her hip. Needless to say I have been occupied. When I looked at my account there were only 6 sessions recorded on my profile after paying for 9 months. So I have been trying to contact a representative. No one has reached out. This is unacceptable, I have a small business as well in New Orleans, If I treated my guess like this, I would be out of business. As far as I'm concerned this is a RIP OFF!

Scammers!!!! They lied about what they would do and won’t give me a refund!!!

I would not recommend Stretch Zone to anyone that has had a previous injury. I came to Stretch Zone Portage because of on going issues with my lower back and hip. After my first stretch I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk for over a week. When I reached out to the company I was told to ice and heat and at the next stretch we would try something different. I was hesitant to go but I was really hoping I could improve to range of motion. At my 2nd visit my range of motion had completely changed , I was not able do half of what I was capable of doing when I started. It got to the point I could even stretch the lower half of my body and we were going to start stretching my upper body. I went to my doctor and chiropractor and both told me that my previous injury was worse and if I wanted to get back to where I was I need to stop going to stretch zone. I had to go back to physical therapy to repair the damage the stretch zone caused. After specking with them I was told I would still have to pay for my three month trial even though I could not stretch out my lower back and hip. I’m now out of $440 dollars, because I’m too scared to have incompetent people work on any other part of my body!! Do not walk away RUN!

I went today for my 1st appt. at stretch zone. I’m a 42 year old combat vet Marine that suffers from sciatica for the past 10 years. This is the first time that I’ve been pain free since Bush was President. 😂😂😂. I wish I would’ve known about stretch zone sooner. I will definitely be going back regularly. You guys have some good people at the Saugus location.

This has changed my life. I've recently got promoted and needed more flexibility to affectively do my job. And stretch zone has helped me in so many ways ❤️

Hi, I’m writing you to let you know that I purchased a stretch session about a year ago and was never told that there was an expiration date on my session. Unfortunately, I had a major injury and require knee surgery. I contacted the location I purchased my stretch session at and asked if I could still use it. They told me that it was expired and that they wouldn’t be able to help me. Unfortunately, I feel like I was robbed. Is there anything you can do to help?

Do not sign a contract with this company I went in and signed an agreement for four sessions for one month at a cost of $220 at at the officials landing location in Vancouver Washington what I was actually signing was a 3-month commitment for a total out of pocket pocket of $660 once I realized a second charge had been done on my credit card I contacted the location wanting a refund back but still wanting to move forward with the initial one month of sessions on the assumption that if they went well I would then purchase additional ones. Since then all I've gotten is a runaround multiple voicemails have been left for the owner to contact me for 3 weeks only thing I've heard from them was a text message saying I need to schedule my sessions. If you look up stretch zone on better business you'll see multiple reviews all of them saying the same thing customer are miss led as to what they buying. This is a review of the business practices not the actual staff. Do not sign anything adopt the pay as you go mentality or you might find yourself on the hook for a couple of thousand with no way to get out of it.

If you're considering Stretch Zone for assisted stretching, be aware of their negative option marketing and inertia selling practices. I had a disappointing experience with their lack of transparency around pricing and service plans, and found it difficult to schedule appointments due to limited availability. Protect yourself and your finances by doing your research and asking for complete transparency before signing up for any services.

This is something I would LOVE to do. So many of us in healthcare are tired of writing Celebrex Rx's and fighting with insurance for patient access for Physical Therapy. I LOVE THIS IDEA! If this becomes FSA/HSA eligible....you could CHANGE LIVES.

I like this business model and have always thought it should work and be a real service to clients. I'm glad to see it is successful. However, the Trainer said he was "now going to stretch the TFL" muscle, but the hip needs to be in extension (not flexion), and external rotation (not internal rotation) before adducting in order to get that one properly. Also, it would help if clients were shown a visualized emoji-analog scale from 1-10 in order to better objectively rank a subjective status of stretch. Good luck with the business at Stretch Zone.
