    Awesome job! I liked watching you leave extra to trim off towards the end so that all of the edges line up nice and clean! I think I spend more time trying to get my edges even and smooth than I do on any other part of my projects

    I so much wonder if the creaser you are using at 5:50 can be heated like the regular double tongue ones. Any one's tip can be an immense help.

    Which thickness of leather are you use?1.0mm or 1.2mm?

      I use between 1.2mm and 1.4mm. Hope that helps!

    May I ask, what is the benefit for the round punch that you use over the diamond chisel one? Or It's just your own prefer?

      It's mostly a preference of appearance. However I've found the saddle stitching to be considerably easier with the round punch

    What's the stuff you put on with the dauber before you sand & before the tokinole? Also what's the edge beveler you're using? I'm using a Tandy/craftool number 2 - cuts way too much imo. Strange that's the size almost everyone recommends. I appreciate your time!

      Edge Beveler Palosanto size 0 - Found it. Holy expensive, haha

      Hey! Thats just water to wet down the fibers in one direction. As for the beveler, I would recommend the Craftool Fine Beveler. It shaves off almost the exact same as the size 0 Palosanto

      Ask away! That right there is my super secret ingredient of water. I just use water to wet the area of the logo so the stamp is way more detailed

      Low Tide Leather I have the same punches and I use a 1mm Ritza poly thread with them, but your stitching looks a lot better than mine.

      Hahaha your comments are money. Ive never had to sharpen my corner punch, and ive used it for like 2 years! Tokonole can be the best and worst thing ever invented. You definitely have to be suuuuper careful. And for the logo application, do you mean the press I use?

      Yea the brass stamp is too slim for the press to reach so I raise the leather with a bench block. Does that make sense?

      This is a Palosanto size 0. Best beveler I’ve ever used! Pricier, but worth it

      Not normally with wallets but if I make a bag or something that won’t be absorbing hand oil as often I’ll use some Smiths Leather Balm every 6ish months
