V30’s for me in this case.

All 3 sounds the best to me, Vintage 30s have a lot of high end and mids, Sheffields are scooped but need more clarity, and I personally do not like the Eminence but altogether its good.

Dude if you ever get the chance you have to check out some Eminence CV-75’s! They’re like if a Mesa V30 and a Greenback had a baby that grew up to be Mike Tyson and punch out the ears of whoever’s in the room. Rich mids, along with a really nice high end sizzle!
They sound the best in 16 ohm cabinets so you can get the Greenback midrange tamed while getting a better high end than on most V30’s
