    I did this yesterday for the first time and I can feel it in the best type of sore today!:) will definitely do this more!
    Also, I know a lot of people have been commenting about when you will "see results"- I just want to say that I've found so much more enjoyment in exercise when I focus on how I feel instead of how it looks- so for those of you doing things like this but feeling discouraged, focus on your personal improvement on each exercise and congratulate yourself when you see progress!

      Elise This is great advice! If you focus on how much better you feel (versus overanalyzing the way you look), the results will come naturally and seemingly much quicker and you will have developed a lifelong habit in the process.

      Greetings to all the girls who have issue with too much weight. I am 22 years old, and since my childhood, I've had constant problems with being fat. I tried different diets but it was no use. I even tried not eating but in the end my metabolism got worse and I ended up with serious health problems. I thought I will never become slender until I run across this site. This is link to it:

      Not certain about the points made but you need to know that follow wrong exercises without a proper plan just waste your time & can make you get injure, if anyone else wants to get belly flat, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've seen some amazing things about it! My sister lost 3 inches off her belly, in over 3 weeks! She lose about 10 pounds in first 2 week just by follow these exercises!

    I've been doing this work out twice a day for 5 days and I already see a pretty good difference in my body. I definitely look more toned than I did.

    One of my favorite things about this workout is Kelly demonstrating the moves with Daniel's voice instructing and encouraging. His talk-through is motivating, and helps me have a stronger follow-through.

    I've started to do this every night, hope to see results in a few :))

    Okay I am so happy with what I'm seeing so far. A couple months ago when I lie down I had bit of a potato tummy. Now I'm so _wow_ compared to then. My waist has gotten soft curves and my tummy sinks down when I lie down and I see the starting of a lil 4 pack. I can't wait for my hs grad in a couple of months. I'll keep updating on my lil journey, *keep going you guys!!!*💜

    So I'm 18 and my sisters wedding is coming up so of corse I want to look my best. I'm 120 so not over weight. When I saw this video I was like "oh I can do that no problem" I just screamed the whole time during this video "why??? Why me!???" Never underestimate a work out!

    I've been subscribed to this channel for about a year and the results are amazing! I love how you talk us through an alternative option if one style of the work out is too difficult for us and I can really feel a burn the after - meaning it's actually working!!

    I do this everyday along side the Brazilian butt and toned arms exercise and it's already working wonders after a few day. Love it and plan to stick to it!

    I'd like to thanks this channel, I started last summer June 24th. I was 190 now I am 135( btw ive been 135 or sometimes lower at times) I was around 135 around april. I feel so much better about myself and I feel healthier. And for those who ask for the result trust me, do it everyday (whenever you have time) and you'll start feeling much better and start seeing results through time. I know you think you might never do it, but you can if you make yourself do it. I still excerise every now and then. 👍

    This channel is great. The tips that they mention in between are really helpful. Knowing where to focus on and what mistakes to avoid are the things that nobody mentions. So thankful to have found this channel.

    Ive done the other 10 min ab routine a couple of times this week (coming from 9 months of zero exercise) thinking that this one might be a bit easier - OMG!! couldn't finish several of the 50 sec sessions and I KNOW I'm gonna feel it tomorrow but these guys really have it down...I'm addicted to their 10 min routines...get done with the agony as quickly as possible I say. Thanks so much FitnessBlender!

    I started with this workout yesterday and I’m going to continue with it. I’ll come back in a month or two and tell you if I see any results.
    I actually WILL come back because I don’t like to leave you hanging. Also, this helps to motivate me to keep going. Wish me luck!

      Ok so I already quit about a week ago, because I became lazy lol. But I did it for 2 weeks and I honestly could see that it was helping, not that it gave any big results but if I continued I would’ve probably gotten more toned after a month or two. The workout also became easier the more I did it which also gave better progress.

    I'll b honest I haven't done abs in over a year I just do power yoga and uphill walking with ghd dog outside my house. Last month I broke my ankle so I'm unable to exercise but today I decided I'd start to get fit again as my cast comes off on Thursday and it'll be another 6 weeks or so before im back to normal. My abs are on fire and I can't even get up off the mat lol. I love it. I couldn't do the planks or any of them that required weight on the lower body so I just did more of the previous exercises for that duration. I'll b sore tomorrow thanks so much.

    I think you are the best way Ihave found to supplement the Pt sessions we have at our gym I am getting better at putting combinations together thanks and don't stop doing what you do

    These may be short but they're really efficient! I actually find the plank dips pretty hard, especially when you've already done a series of ab exercises before this.

    Like the other FitnessBlender ab routines I've tried, this is excellent. The narrative and video both encourage good form, which is great for someone with herniated discs like me. I love how they frequently remind you to draw in your belly. It never occurred to me that if my abs were pushing out during the workout, they would do that all the time. I figured my abs burned, it was working and they would flatten. After 2 weeks, I've already noticed a flatter stomach.

    I am so happy that I found your channel. This is a ab workout that I can actually do on a daily basis. I love that it's only 10 mins long and each exercise is 50 seconds with 10 seconds of rest OMG, a brilliant idea. I just finished exercising on my own and needed some type of ab workout, and I found it. KUDO's to you guys.

    iiRica Training effect typically takes 6 weeks. With a workout this effective it should only take 2 weeks of consistent work at least every other day to really see a difference. But don't obsess. You can weigh yourself and measure your waistline and thigh circumference once a week. Of course a mix of these abs and cardio workouts for at least 20-30 min per day, proper hydration, and a balanced diet will give the best results.

      Ideally you get a mixture in your routine for 3-4 days on, then rest 1-2 days. If it's a total body workout that addresses cardio, upper and lower body and core in one routine, that's enough to do 3 days straight with no more than a 2-day break. If you separate your workouts by body parts per day like arms one day, legs the next, and so on, then 4-5 days straight is better. It depends on how disciplined you are and what your fitness goals are. The key is consistency and combining cardio and strength training together. If it's just for aesthetics or quick weight loss, there's no easy way. Plus everyone's body is different. For general health and wellness always check your BMI and never compare your body type to other women. We're so unfair to ourselves and kill our motivation when we do that.

    Every morning..... this kicks my ass every morning. And it’s been such a journey. First I was just trying to actually finish the sets and the work out before what felt like literal death.. then I was able to focus on form more and more as I got stronger, damn this journey but I’d rather do it with Daniel and Kelley than anyone else ❤️

    Can’t wait to do this after work. I already have a schedule I wanna try and do for this. 2 times a day of when I have work(when I wake up and when I get home from work) and 3 days when I have off( when I wake up, in the middle of the day, and at night). Or if that’s too much, I can tone it down to only 2 times a day.

    hey , ive been doing this workout on and of for around a year. It didnt really help when i was more overweight but after i had lost some weight it was much more effective . So just a tip , if you are more on the overweight side , do some cardio and after you have lost weight do this workout :)

    I started working out in the summer BC I knew I was getting kinda chunky the first day I did this it was the hardest thing I had even done but I kept doing it everyday for four months I kinda became my stress relies. I stop doing the full workout for about two months because I though I already have abs so it can hurt.Trust me it dose so I got back to it and I feel amazing! . I've made some sacrifices along the way like not eating chips, ice Cream, pizza and fat often.If you put your mind and push yourself u can do anything and everything!

    Some of our workouts have the warm up & cool down included, others don't - the short ones like this one typically don't because people like to piece these shorter ones together to build their own custom routines. We have an entire playlist dedicated to warm ups, cool downs & stretches for the routines that don't have them included, go check it out!

    Hi guys! First of all, I MUST congratulate you for sharing these workouts with us. For people with little time (like me), your videos are just perfect. Second, I just did your 10 min butt workout and I've never felt more powerful before. My butt feels amazing, and I can't wait until tomorrow comes to do it again. Third, I have a burning question about this particular abs workout. I was diagnosed with lumbar disk desease L4, L5 and S1 at 14, and I'd like to know if this routine may be harmful in any way, or if it's not, any caution I should have while following it so I don't screw my lower backbone. Again, great channel and thanks for sharing this content with us

    I have a question for Kelly... When I do the ab workouts, I cannot keep my stomach tucked in and breathe properly at the same time... I keep having to distend my stomach or else sacrifice my breathing, and I'm not sure why. What could I be doing wrong since I think it's a form issue?
    I have been working out with you guys for about 8 months now and love the results I'm getting! I have always been thin but have been working at toning and building muscle. I didn't ever think I could look the way I do! Thanks for all the workouts... I really enjoy them!

    i was actually doing abs today with some other trainer here in you tube (yes sorry i cheated on you guys) very famous lady from the biggest looser., but i didnt really feel my abs working that hard and i did 25 minutes of it., then i switched to you guys and omg 10mins and i really felt my abs working hard the whole entire time !! good job guys i love you.. i promise i wont cheat again lol

    I have started to do these exercises not because I want to lose weight (I am really slim) but only because I want to stay healthy, (I am a very inactive person). I think all the people should exercise even though for 10 min a day because in this way you will feel more better with yourself and your body.

      Great I watches calories and did the best I could. Didn't eat organic or a lot of fresh veggies. I don't make that much money so I did what I could.

    You guys posted a few workouts for abs, I wonder if it is better to do always the same workout like 4 times a week or it would be better to have 4 different workout programs, 1 per week.

    Hi, i am doing 5 different fitness blender 10 min abs videos 5 days per week, wondering , if going 7 days per week would I over train my abs, or what would be the recommend days per week to work on my abs? as well I do weights 4 days per week and about 30 min cardio weekly, thanks for the amazing videos btw!
