    벚꽃 시럽을 넣은 봄 맞이 수플레 치즈케이크를 만들었어요~
    촉촉하고 보드라운 수플레 치즈케이크 위에 핑크색의 벚꽃 크림치즈 크림을 동글동글 올려 장식하니 봄에 어울리는 느낌이 나는 것 같아요~^^
    저는 크림으로 꽃을 만들어 냉동실에 얼려 몇개 올려 봤는데 꽃은 생략하셔도 된답니다~~
    수플레 치즈케이크에도 벚꽃 시럽을 넣고 위에 올린 크림치즈 크림에도 벚꽃 시럽을 조금 넣었는데 은은하게 나는 꽃향이 맛을 크게 해치지 않으면서 색다르게 해주는 것 같아요~
    낮은 온도에서 오래 구워 윗면이 많이 갈라지지 않고 평평하게 잘 구워져서 장식하기에 좋았어요~~
    입에 넣으면 사르르 녹는 치즈케이크가 기분까지 사르르하게 녹여주는 것 같아요~*^^*

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 16cm
    ▶재료
    부순 버터 비스킷 90g
    녹인 무염버터 45g
    크림치즈 150g
    마스카포네치즈 50g
    무염 버터 15g
    설탕 10g
    달걀노른자 2개
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    레몬즙 5g
    벚꽃 시럽 10g
    생크림 50g
    플레인 요거트 100g
    옥수수전분 20g
    머랭 (달걀흰자 2개 + 설탕 45g)
    차가운 크림치즈 100g
    설탕 15g
    벚꽃 시럽 7g
    40% 정도 휘핑한 생크림 50g
    ▶레시피
    1. 부순 버터 비스킷과 녹인 무염버터를 섞은 뒤 16cm 틀에 꾹꾹 눌러 깔고 냉장실에 넣어둔다.
    2. 크림치즈와 마스카포네 치즈를 부드럽게 풀고 무염버터를 넣고 섞은 뒤 설탕을 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 달걀노른자를 넣고 섞고 플레인 요거트, 생크림을 넣고 섞고 바닐라익스트랙, 레몬즙, 벚꽃시럽을 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 옥수수전분을 넣고 섞은 뒤 70~80% 정도 부드럽게 휘핑한 머랭을 2번에 나눠 넣고 섞는다.
    5. 틀에 붓고 뜨거운 물이 담긴 팬에 올려 150도 예열된 오븐에서 60분 정도 굽고 오븐 안에서 식힌 뒤 냉장실에서 차갑게 식힌다.
    6. 차가운 크림치즈에 설탕을 넣고 부드럽게 풀고 벚꽃 시럽을 넣고 섞은 뒤 40% 정도 휘핑한 생크림을 넣고 섞고 핑크 식용색소를 조금 넣어 색을 내 짤주머니에 담는다.
    7. 케이크 위에 크림을 올려 장식한다.
    ▶Ingredients
    90g Crushed Butter biscuits
    45g Melted unsalted butter
    150g Cream cheese
    50g Mascarpone cheese
    15g Unsalted butter
    10g Sugar
    2 Egg yolks
    2g Vanilla extract
    5g Lemon juice
    10g Cherry blossom syrup
    50g Whipping cream
    100g Plain Yogurt
    20g Corn starch
    Meringue (2 egg whites + 45g sugar)
    100g Cold cream cheese
    15g Sugar
    7g Cherry blossom syrup
    50g Whipped cream (whipped up 40%)

    Beautiful! One question though, wouldn’t using a whisk to mix in the meringue destroy a lot of air bubbles or is that fine since it’s for a cheesecake? I thought you always gently fold it in with a spatula.

    No pues yo le pique al vídeo porque me apareció y me llamó la atención y aparte tenía letras koreanas o japonesas sinceramente no sé y por eso me siento estúpido pero el chiste es que los canales de este tipo suelen ser profesionales y muy pacíficos todo limpio y pulido y por ejemplo el padres se ve increíble todo esponjoso y así bien explicado, bueno los polvos del final no supe que era pero eso es algo mínimo. aparte se toma la molestia de poner los ingredientes en español y eso vale más, sinceramente me suscribo inmediatamente y le di like por más vídeos así, por ahí Vi un vídeo del mismo canal pero de un padre de mango que ufff lo veré más tarde y pienso hacer uno aunque no sepa nada de cocina jaja bueno no mucho
