Lisa - you j caused me to choke up - when you said, "think back to when you looked and felt your best ever - you're still that girl" - I welled up w/tears in my eyes - I'm 51 and work HARD at looking and feeling my best - I have 3 absolutely gorgeous teen daughters who all highly resemble me at that age and it often causes me to think I'm just decreasing as a woman and becoming invisible- but you and your channel as well as some other "influencers" within 5-10 years of my age group serve as encouragers and reminders that I'm still here and I still matter as more than just a servant to the youth of today. Lisa, this video really helped me. I’m 48 and I have clothes I love in the closet but I don’t wear them every day because I feel like I’ll waste them since working from home. So I usually put on something frumpy that I hate since not many people are going to see me. So today I put on some white linen pants and a cool T-shirt and my husband noticed and gave me a compliment. Felt like I was even more productive at work! Goes to show I need to wear my things so I can feel good about me every day and even when I’m in the house lol.

It’s funny I’m 51 and I have never had as much attention as I did when I was in my 20s… I believe part of it is finally loving and accepting yourself and just feeling comfortable in ur own skin… and that glow attracts others and I continue to try to look my best and be happy.

Those blue clothes are so pretty. They look great on you. I am with your Mom, I can't stand poufy fou fou stuff. LOL I like the way the sleeve is done on the bottom of that tee but hate how it poufs up. Revolve has always been an interesting site. Kind of pricey but does have some unique items there. I wish they had more sales. I just bought the white sweatshirt from Anthropologie so I have all three. I love that thing. Great for all year. I just love your enthusiasm. Very contagious.
