Hello all! I'm thinking about doing a Q 'n' A video so let me know if you have any questions about me or the channel or whatever you want to ask. Well, perhaps don't ask about the birds and the bees. Cheers!
Holy moly dude. Came here because that thing was too tippy for my likings, but with the chained tires it's a whole new truck. In case someone is wondering: It adds chained tires next your rear tires, increasing the vehicles width. Now I am a happy little Owl again with my red (it's faster :P ) crane truck. :D
The new ford can also have crane and flatbed. Edit: at the same time. And also video idea: the best winch. I think it’s the advanced scout but I’m not sure.
Great list and video. My personal fav is the white western star, painted red with the big crane, pulling the red sideboard dolly style trailer. Great for rescues of most things and fairly fuel economic.
I really like your intro & outro. Music, style etc. Keep the great work up & thanks for the videos. Helps pass time as I get loaded. (I am a truck driver)

@@Tonyx.yt., nevertheless for the exact purpose of crane work they are good) and there are quite a lot of roads in the USA regions Update: LOL, my original comment was a reply to comment above - highway trucks are the best for using cockpit view, they are highly detailed inside
The Bandit is my favorite truck. It's a little tippy but its stat's are solid, has it's own crane, and has great visibility in cab mode. It's a bouncy truck, which leads it to tip but driving in cab mode makes you slow down or risk motion sickness lol.
My go-to crane vehicle is the Voron Grad. It's high enough to not get the crane legs caught yet low enough to not get tippy. And with the highrange gearbox it can get across the map with a quickness.
One tip that no one mentions is that after you have placed your truck in the right place turn off awd before going in to crane mode. Why you ask? Because the engine consume more fuel when idle if awd is on.
Azov 10x10 is a personal favorite of mine. The ability to run the small crane with the flat bed and still able to attach the ramped flat bad trailer as a tow behind streamlined many missions for me. It’s front end can be annoying but it’s the most useful truck in snowrunner in my opinion.
I use the Dan as my dedicated crane truck, purely for the fact that it is one of the only 6x6 heavy trucks, and has the ground clearance and center of gravity that works best for it. The azov 7, while designed for the crane, is crippled by having only a standard atvo crane, not a custom crane designed for it, and it’s massive overhang at the front, if they altered it to have a large no friction and minimal clipping area under the cab and at the bullbar.
Definitely use the azov as my main crane truck of choice. It just does it like it was designed for it. I've had it in so many precarious situations and still came out upright or mostly upright lol
It certainly was designed exactly for that and nothing else. The weak point is not only long chin, but also the lack of a bigger unique crane instead of regular Avto-23, which looks like a child's toy on this big boy... I bet it is pictured with the PC-320 on the in-game miniature in the truck store!
Very informative! Personally I have a Kodiac C70 outfitted with a heavy crane in my garage on standby for those "need to get a big cargo back on a truck" moments. It's small and nimble and surprisingly stable off the road. Used it like that in Michigan and Alaska, though for Russia, a bigger tougher truck might be more useful.
Thx for the vid. Been wanting somebody to do something similar. I used the Ford CTL 9000 for my heavy crane. You just need a big heavy stable platform indeed.
Hey ben, I sent you a message on xbox its like a small paragraph about how much i enjoy your videos and how i would like to play snowrunner with you someday
The Cat CT-680 is pretty damn good with a crane. I use it for lighter work in tight spots. My favorites so far for really pushing the capability of the heavy crane are the DAN and P-12. That 10 wheel Azov is just too low to the ground for difficult terrain. Like driving a city bus, lol.

The 73210 is perhaps the most stable when it comes to a heavy crane but it is too useful & versatile to be performing that role. So, my dedicated heavy crane is on the DAN. And while I find the Tayga also too useful to be sporting the heavy crane, I find it uncanny that I myself have 2 heavy cranes for the Star in the Sky contract; and both my heavy cranes are on this list. For the ridiculously difficult contract, I have the DAN at the lake & the Tayga at the poles just outside the airport in Imandra.

You can leave the purchase as long as you want, shouldn't be a problem. If that's what you meant?

You got like 5k subs last week.
Im also heard that you said in the TUZ 166 vid that you had a video with 150 reasons why it’s good, but I couldn’t find it.

Who else thinks it would be the best to be in a vid of ben’s or play with him.
I'd like to one day, when I upgrade from my dial-up Internet.
Nothing against the pacific p12 its amazing truck i also use it from time to time with utility for repair/refuel but goddamn crane look soo bad on it :D
It does look a bit weird, unlike the DAN and Azov.
6:56 loadstar gaming (edit: play with the loadstar) and 7:10 sheep
