After having back spasms I started getting out of bed properly, nobody showed me how, I just figured it out. I’m so glad I did, it makes a huge difference.
I have chronic back pain. The best mattress I found is one that vibrates. It’s like a giant TENS unit. If I’m in a lot of pain the vibration blocks the sensation of the pain with the sensation of vibration.
This is great info. I now know what I did wrong this morning to cause my acute lower back pain. I will begin my mornings differently from now on. Thank y’all, so much for all you do to help us live better
I have watched your videos for sciatica, neck pain, hip pain, lower back pain, and neuropathy. I am 79 and have felt benefit from all the exercises you show. Thank you!
A major problem with people who have back pain for a long time is they do less because of the pain and that makes them weak and that has a chain effect and makes the back worse. Building strength back up in my opinion is the most important thing.
Bob and Brad thankyou for making these videos to help others stay healthy. I always love looking at the comradery between the two of you. I never thought that I would need any of the advise you have for people with these videos. Well I can't believe how wrong I was.About a week and a half ago, I woke up with the worst pain ever coming from my butt and running all the way down to my ankle. It is the most excruiating pain I have ever felt. I am in agony ever. I went to the ER 2 times already, because I cant stand this pain. The doctors in the ER give me 2 prednisone shot and some pain killers which is not helping much. I am praying and hoping tjat it will all go away soon. I cant even do the stretches that you recomend for the sciatic nerve or piriformis, because it gets more aggravated. I am really praying and hoping it all ends soon. I welcome any prayers for my recovery from this. I would not wish this pain on anyone !
Prayers going up🙏🏼❤🙏🏼 I know this pain you're in. In the past I have gone to a chiropractor that used an Air-flex Flexion Distraction table that I laid on while on my stomach and it slightly pumped my lower legs up and down to pump out inflammation and after about 2 to 3 sessions during the week of the flare I was good. Also over- the-counter BackAid Max for Backaches, Leg pain, & sciatica worked really well.

Hi there I have had back pain for years. The last few years I started getting a lot of pain during the winter. I thought old age of course. I am 60. Recently I found a baseball size lump on my right hip that does not exist on my left. Is it possible this lump is due to subligation? Is there a stretch that should work to reduce this lump ?
Most of my back pain is probably caused by arthritis and the best way for me for recovery from a night (usually a long/cold one is to get the joints moving. But i get a different kind of pain (lower back) from prolonged standing, for example washing up (not an excuse for not doing it). Usually walking or even just sitting and stretching relieves the pain but it can quickly come back and doesn't disappear completely until aftera long rest (eg a night's sleep). I assume this is muscle pain.
It's hard sometimes when you aren't motivated to do anything, but then think I should get up and walk after being on a chair sitting watching videos on your computer and taking surveys for an hour or more and you get comfortable sitting there.
