Jackshaft garage door openers 

While having my garage renovated, I decided to buy these jackshaft garage door openers to free up the ceiling . I love them, super quiet, and makes the garage look a lot cleaner. the first two doors have Liftmaster 8500W garage door openers, and the third door has a model 3800.

Great Video man! I have a 8500W Jackshaft myself, great machine, has had one failure. The cable tension monitor was making the opener malfunction so we ordered a new cable tension monitor and now it works great!

I hear the cable tension monitor has had quite a bit of malfunctions. From what I see most often a lot of the failures are caused from incorrect installation of the cable tension monitor.

Ours was installed properly and still malfunctioned. Its unfortunate but it is what it is. @@bradysgaragedoors
