Electricity was out for Hurricane, back on line, one of my doors didn't work. LED indicator light was blinking 11 times. Finally found a key that showed what 11 flashes means - max force down. Remedy recommended was to reset limits and forces. Your video was fantastic!! Thanks so much.

A video is worth a thousand pages of instructions. I messed up the travel during MyQ video keypad setup and this should get it back to normal. Thanks

Anyone experiencing the issues with excessive force? Liftmaster is aware of it apparently and offering new circuit boards. Great motors, but might switch the genie until this is 100% resolved

If you have excessive force issue call LiftMaster tech support. They will send new logic boards for free if you have issues.

Hopefully you have good luck with it, to my knowledge there's no way for these to detect cable slack unless you install a monitor
