The videos on my RUclips channel portray some of the typical day-to-day activities that I do for relaxation. This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. We have zero kids, my wife and I use them for geocery lists and our todo list.
Those e ink screens are awesome it’s the same tech that’s in a kindle the battery’s last forever cuz it’s not having to refresh the pixels like your phone. Also you have more artistic talent in 1 finger then I do my whole body! 😂 very cool video!

I bet you're _awesome_ at Etch-A-Sketch, on top of everything, aren't you...?!
Actually though, as soon as you took this out of its box, it struck me that's its not so much reminiscent of an Etch-A-Sketch as it is of a Magna-Doodle, which I had growing up and (it has to be said) always found far superior - because you could freestyle on it, you weren't constrained by everything having to be drawn in a single contiguous line.
Like this e-writer pad, it even came with what we'd now call a stylus, just one that stimulated the magnetic crystals(?) in the 'pixels' of the screen to turn them dark where it passed. There were a bunch of larger magnets included too to create instant rings/circles/blocks of colour.
And it instantly erased back to blank whenever desired - only instead of at the touch of a button, as here, you just dragged the slider at the bottom to 'wipe' the screen like cleaning a window.
Ahh, memories - I spent hours and hours playing on mine as a kid, even into adolescence. Last I looked you could still get them, too, just as you can still get Etch-A-Sketches, though they tend to be marketed at very young children and are probably being overtaken there by these e-writers even as we speak...
I remember i could literally never sleep at night but since I watched your first minecraft video you did, I’ve been falling asleep as soon as i listen to you. Been listening to you for over 1-2 years now. Keep up the good work :)

Yes he has umpteen videos of him writing with things like fountain pens, you should definitely check them out! (I remember particularly good ones featuring him grinding his own ink, using a glass pen, etc..)

I have something just like this called a “boogie board” that I got as a gift to track life totals in a game.
It might sound dumb but it kind of gave me a new appreciation for things seeing you use this. I was thinking actually, wow if we brought something like this back in time (which isn’t incredibly technologically advanced by todays standards) even 50 years it would blow peoples minds.

The way it works is that the pixels on the screen are tiny calsules of ink that turn white when electricity is passed through

Yet I feel you have such potential. bam! a truck, just like that. while most of your vids are just "meh" in term of content

I just love when you do technical stuffs talking gently in the mic, when you talk about cars, unmount them, even to fix/replace simple stuffs. I wish there were more of you doing these.
