- A live recording from a Sony Pro Walkman and later digitized to a CD in 2009 by Gil Mathews at Aztec Music..Assistance from Miranda Jetlagg from my original cassette tape with great appreciation to all who transferred this stellar performance for posterity! I'd say of all the bands I've seen since the Beatles, that Matt Finish were one of the finest. Added to which they also had a stunning depth of musicianship & original, beautifully crafted songs. It is a gift to have recorded such moments for those of us of MF's time; so fortunate to see and hear this live. To relive the groove from their excellent rhythm players; right through to the most delicate of guitar solos is also a delight. I'll dance til I'm feet up, company for daisies. Thank you Brecon!

Short Note was the best thing Matt Moffitt had in production...saw matt finish aprox 11 times LIVE...LIVE was his (their) best. pity studio work was not in line with their work.
It upsets me that a mob played after his death using title "MATT Finish"...pennies from a dead man's eyes...they should be ashamed!
