I love my egg hot chocolatte. Mix 3 eggs, 50g butter, 3 table spoons 40%fat cream, 2 tablespoons cacao powder, salt with 4dl boiling water. I melt the butter before in the tea mug and fill it up with boiling water then pour it into the mixer. I don´t want to cool the drink down with refridgerated butter. Be sure to run the mixer before you pour the hot over the raw eggs.

I see now that I doesn't really use 100g butter, sorry, more like 50g. I will correct my post.
I stopped eating so much chocolate after studying their harvesting and processing of it, but heavy cream may be a better thing in my coffee, than milk! They say milk is causing sore joints and muscles, but we’ll experiment and see. I also put quick dissolve gelatin and green leaf stevia in the coffee and it is very satisfying.
About that belly ache, wondering if you read the label on that heavy cream. Most heavy whipping cream has additives. Usually carrageenan. And carrageenan is an irritant to the gut lining. I find it worthwhile to avoid gut irritants. Good video, by the way. Thank you.
My only issue with Carnivore diet, is the lack of variety. I want to go carnivore, but I want my hot chilli peppers (I found a site that says you can't have that), my raw milk, butter, sourdough bread, cheese, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. (And fruit). Can I incorporate this?
So the way we do carnivore is everything is a garnish. The idea is to eat only meat, but season to taste good, sauces to taste good, to make sure we stick with it and it stays interesting. Chili peppers aren’t something you would eat out right but you can cook with them and season with them. I’ll make a pesto and a lime and cilantro sauces that is delicious and incorporated the meat, but it’s only there for taste. And in the beginning you may find heavy oxalate dumping symptoms are calmed down when you incorporate lemon and other things.

Thank you, I need this with the current texas weather 😊
Yum! Would help with oxalate dumping too as it’s pretty high in oxalate depending on how much cocoa you use 🤗

In America maybe, not where I live
Depends on the brand. That's why you need to read labels.
Could you thin the cream with a little water?
YES! I've heard this in other similar videos.
@@Jennifr1966 thank you 💕

Sounds delicious. Can you make chocolate icecream recipe
I drink a decent amount of heavy cream every day September - March to bulk up and increase my numbers in the gym. It’s so tasty. Also put it in coffee

Half & half makes delicious chocolate milk, cold or hot.
Wow. Like hearing a martian talk about earth things. 😊
Water it down. Use 1 cup water 1 cup heavy cream or 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1. 1/2 water.
You should try some Goat’s milk
This is why people cut the heavy cream with unsweetened almond milk.
Now they are saying almond milk destroys the gut too!!!
Wtf is the GD recipe?
