    Now calling this guy an animal is appropriate and not for the usual racist rhetoric. I’m black, people that behave like this are animals and we aren’t safe with them around. So glad he had to face the same judge again. She is one strong lady, God bless her🫶🏽

    He got just 4 years, the original sentence this judge was planning on giving him even though he attacked her. Three individuals were injured in that attack, including the judge. I think he deserved a harsher sentence, given his history. Just my opinion.

      He is being brought up on charges for that incident at a later date. He was being sentenced for a different assault when he jumped her last week. But make no mistake, he will be sentenced harshly for his actions last week. That will be a trial I’d be willing to watch.

      @@seniorita3287no hun, he will go through the process of charges brought on him for the attack on the judge. He got the 19 months for the charges he was being sentenced for when he attacked the judge. Ironically, he was being sentenced for a DV attack as well. I think he’s looking at 15 years for his stunt last week on the judge and injuring 3 others. He’s going away for a while.

    Peace - The wording she used was outstanding. She said she is keeping the same decision from last week before she was Interrupted by the defendants actions. She did not say before I was viciously attacked or by his outburst... etc. Words mean a lot and shows your maturity with language.

That just stood out for me on her part because she was damn near knocked out. And she could of called him savage and everything else.

    19 months isn't much. I hope the next Judge is far less lenient. Society needs to be protected.

      That sentence of 19 months is for the charge of the last transgression.
      He now faces 12 further charges regarding the ‘flying through the air judge attack’ which divides into six felonies & otherwise.
      This criminal allegedly stated after the attack, “ I was having a bad day, so I wanted to kill her!”
      This man will live to regret his uncontrolled violent tendencies upon the next sentencing.

      Yes !! Just by them being a judge means they've had to work twice as hard as their male counterparts and had to work 10 x as hard to not keep their drive and focus at the forefront of their mind, never allowing the mental/ sexual abuse/harassment from those same male counterparts to distract them from attaining their goal.

    I watched an interview with his foster mother and his sister. They said he is mentally unstable and has schizophrenia plus bipolar. He was also born with crack in his system. He was not on his medication when he attacked the judge and today he was on medication. I certainly do not condone his actions but I have worked in the mental health field and this man needs a hospital instead of prison. Also, many people should lose their jobs for not adequately protecting the judge.

      For several reasons.
      1. Provides better grip abilities on the defendant.
      2. Provides a small level of protection against cuts, scraps, etc.
      3. Provides a level of protection against germs and bodily fluid and blood borne pathogens.

    Wow.. it took him assaulting a Judge in order for that court to assigned more security… Really?? This town, city, county needs to do better in protecting those court officials.!

    Now hold him accountable for all the victims he’s gotten away with abusing and beating on for the last 15 years & been let go. Next court case he’s not going to get a mental health treatment center with medication since he doesn’t take it once he leaves the places. He’s violated and had more than 100 charges, mostly dismissed and this judge had enough of him not being accountable.
