It tears my heart, knowing Timothy spent his last moments alone, cold, hungry, in pain, couldn't even walk, nobody to embrace him, nobody on his side to defend him, nobody to tell him they love him, and the last words from her running through his head over and over before he finally found peace. The court orders her not to be alone with Timothy unsupervised . The father had a stroke and gave Timothy to this demon. And she tortured him and orchestrated her adult son to do the acts. As he would be just as culpable .

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I work with special needs kids for a living, and they are the most beautiful, kind, and gentle people in the world. I can't comprehend what this poor boy could have possibly done for his mother and brother to treat him the way they did. As a parent, you're supposed to love, care, nurture, and show them how to survive in this world, not hurt them, torture them, and punish them for eating. For her to turn out like this she had to have a parent exactly like her who taught her this stuff. Abuse gets handed down, unfortunately, because it's all they know. Not saying all, but most do. Paul lived with her just 1 year before Timothy's death, after he'd already graduated high school. So idk how abused he was, but yeah she passed it down to Paul, too. my brother with special needs had violent outburst through middle and high school, where he had to be physically restrained. my parents NEVER hit him, punished him, anything. They made him pay for whatever he broke and clean it up. they took away his phone or something, but never, even when he was punching my dad did my dad ever fight him back. He simply held him down so he would not hurt himself as he was threatening to do. I had to call the cops once, and still my parents NEVER would DREAM of doing things like this. this is disgusting!
He is now 23, doing much better, controlling his outburst. He isn't able to work due to anxiety but my parents make sure he still does things around the house and has opportunities to make money

It’s interesting how her ptsd memory loss comes out when he brings up the most evil things she did. Even reading the texts she wrote she can only say “if that’s what it says.” Insane.
It seems like all these people ate was nothing but junk food and candy. Look at them. What a sickly bunch. Paul was being tortured too by being forced to spend all his free time cooped up in a house and made to torture his little brother during the day and take care of the little one, if Timothy had to do stairs Paul had to chase him, etc. How exhausting for both. What a life for a young man in his teens poor kids. What an awful evil woman.
When her son Paul said, i think we need to feed him mommy, she said "i wouldn't have thought of feeding him eggs, not in the middle of the day "
I'm speechless. Unfortunately, parents kill children way too often, but on-going torture like this?? Why did she hate him so much ?
Kids should be assisted to seek independence from their guardians, even those with special needs.
This is so heartbreaking. Poor Timothy, rest in peace.
She spoke of a mother in law..... where was she? There are neighbors.... where were they? ANYONE complicit in this boy's demise has blood on their hands.
The neighbors said Shanda & and her kids kept to themselves, and never really came outside. Paul & Shanda would leave the house to go to work. Timothy was never seen. Shanda also testified to not letting her MIL, the kids’ grandmother, in their house. Shanda tracked the MIL’s car via her phone to know exactly when the MIL would appear at their house.(She said they were on the same phone plan, which is how she could track the MIL by her phone). Shanda clearly kept everyone away.
I have had ptsd at some point in my live but never had memorie losses or blackouts.....I am sorry...but this women is grasping at straws to prove she did nothing wrong but failing miserably
It's quite common for people with PTSD to have some memory problems, it's just usually not this selective.

This poor child didnt even fight his captors and torturers! He took it. My God how he suffered!
That last 30 seconds was worth watching all this horror.
She punished him for keeping them awake “so he could see how it feels,” even though according to her:
1) Timothy staying up during the night was the problem, so keeping him awake wouldn’t be punishment
2) she didn’t mind staying awake to keep him awake because she doesn’t sleep much, anyway
3) “Paul is an insomniac”
They were keeping him awake for keeping them awake, even though they are all awake a night…
She don’t remember anything. She never answered correctly
But she remember that high scoring test result and how many questions she missed
A 6-7 year old weighs what this poor boy (15) weighed at death.
She knows very well what she said and her orders to torture that poor, helpless boy!!!!!
Hell is too good for this kind of evil! That poor little boy! I pray God wrapped him in His loving Arms and took him Home where he is free from the evil on Earth! 😭🙏✝️
