He is being brought up on charges for that incident at a later date. He was being sentenced for a different assault when he jumped her last week. But make no mistake, he will be sentenced harshly for his actions last week. That will be a trial I’d be willing to watch.

He now faces 12 further charges regarding the ‘flying through the air judge attack’ which divides into six felonies & otherwise. This criminal allegedly stated after the attack, “ I was having a bad day, so I wanted to kill her!” This man will live to regret his uncontrolled violent tendencies upon the next sentencing.

He’s violated and had more than 100 charges, mostly dismissed and this judge had enough of him not being accountable.
