The incident happened as an accident but what about Indian Embassy in Kuwait? Indian embassy in Kuwait is worst. They do not support their own citizen. They have even outsourced passport and consulate services so citizen can’t even see Indian embassy.

Its PURE Govt who is responsible while making Regulations like GAS Cylinder must keep at the parking , Supply GAS through pipes to each Home. 5 Feet Way around the Building must follow for Ambulance & Fire fighter . Even in INDIA .
