Lyrics:
Well this is just a simple song
To say what you done
I told you about all those fears
And away they did run
You sure must be strong
And you feel like an ocean
Being warmed by the sun - Видеоклипы
In 2017 I was at the Shins concert in Portland with my girlfriend. It started pouring, like really bad, and they had to cut the show short and play one last song - this was it. I had no ring or intention of proposing that night, but suddenly knew with my whole spirit it was time. We were soaked, cold, and shivering… but in that moment both happier than we ever had been. We’re still together and will be always , and every time I hear this song it makes me tear up.
That’s really beautiful, man.
That's brilliant. Keep going strong!!
I’m still hoping this kind of shit will happen to me someday
Excellent..!!!🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏👊👊👊🥳🥳🥳
Wow, you just made me cry, not an easy task. Thank you for sharing.
8 years since seeing the mother, and this song still has a hold over my heart.
aaaaaaaaa so true
It’s my favourite song ever because of that scene 🥹
The magic of that song, that time. Way way back.
My aunts brother is in this band
@@humangirl6197 You mean your uncle?
Very sad to think that Richard Swift (keyboardist) is actually the one that's dead now... had amazing solo work and also worked with the Black Keys as well. RIP buddy. Too young
man thats so shitty man, i just learned of this band. rest in peace
Que descanse en paz
Well that suck
Isn’t it ironic, don’t you think
Lady Luck she is lovely
Lady Luck she is free
But I wish sometimes that Lady Luck
She would find some time to spend with me
RIP
For those who don't know, this music video was directed by DANIELS, who are know nominated for a shit ton of oscars for Everything Everywhere All at Once. Crazy how all it took was ten years for them to go from directing this marvelous indie music video to being unlikely critical darlings.
edit: yeah they won everything
Today was a good day :)
Hello from the future where they fucking won a shit ton of awards! They deserve it!
I just watched swiss army man, and it's one of the most unique and creative films I've seen in a long time. Will be checking out everything everywhere soon.
I love this better
Wasn’t a big fan of the movie. I was geeked to watch it, and can appreciate the artistic vision, but it seemed like a movie that is intentionally trying to win an award by being overly abstract.
this music video is a masterpiece, I would have gladly watched a full lenght movie about this family
Oh gosh I would love a movie about this!!
+FlashakaViolet there's a serie very similar to this video.. it's from the same creators of How I met your Mother, it's called The Goodwin Games
+Nick Kane My exact thoughts!
I prolly wouldn't have watched the video if I dint read your comment. :)
+FlashakaViolet It actually made me cry
I actually showed my parents this song around when the album came out. Since then, it became a family song. My parents absolutely adored this particular song in our old house. About 6 months ago, my mother passed away from a brain hemorrhage and we moved out of our house to avoid the negative memories.
My dad specifically chose this song as a song to remember my mother because it reminds him of how they got together.
The music video hits home on how everything feels when you move away from your childhood house. The terrible, awful memories become appreciated because of the learning experiences and the direction those events put you on your path down this crazy life.
Everytime I watch this music video, it serves as a ton of different memories and I deeply appreciate that this exists.
Thank you James Mercer and everyone in The Shins for enriching my parents and my life.
This video always brings me to tears. He was obviously the most awesome Dad ever, but they didn't realize it until after he was gone! I see so much animosity, and feuding going on in families, even in my own, but life is too short for petty squabbles. If this video does anything, I hope it causes each of us to want to become more loving to our family members who are still alive, to begin appreciating each other before it's too late!
You're kidding, right?
They all hated him because he pitted them against each other (in humiliating and dangerous ways) for their whole lives. For his own amusement, he treated his kids like gladiators at the Roman Colosseum.
I suppose he realized it at the end, which was why he pulled that final stunt with the deed to the house. It was his twisted way of apologizing and trying to make amends with them.
+Daniel Dougan It seemed to me that in the end, they realized that he wasn't pitting them against each other in a malicious way, which is why they were all united in laughter at the end, they had misunderstood him.
Either way, why the apparent exasperation over my impression of a music video??
+Christopher Bowen Yeah I always thought of it like that too, like he was just trying to create fun memories for everyone albeit in a way that ended up pitting everyone against each other. And then by the end they don't see those memories as so awful anymore.
+Christopher Bowen We know that this isn't real. But even this pop music is even better than today's music. Plus, also check out this song called A Thousand Miles by The Empires.
Reminds me of my own dad. I love your interpretation.
I think I've paused almost every shot at this point. There's just so much going on in every scene. Super efficient storytelling that hits home, beautifully composed. And the song has been stuck in my head for three days now. I only wish there was a making-of video.

@@synthetictechnocrat9270this actually made me laugh out loud😅
Waited for 8 years to finally see the mother! with this awesome song in the background!
Im not blaming the show but I am entirely convinced that this song will be playing in the background when I meet my future special one.
So worth it
The perfect scene
Is it just me or is this one of the best music videos ever filmed?
I actually really, really appreciate this music video. I learnt about the song through HIMYM but never bothered watching the music video. Then I checked a playlist and saw it popup. I've watched it atleast 8 times in a row and I love it.
People are busy saying "here frum himym!!!111!!" but ignore the video. It's really cool if you think about it.
The dad genuinely tried to be a fun father. He was just wreckless and it angered their boring, buzz kill mother. The dad obviously loves and cares for the kids and was doomed. The mother snapped and took his kids away.
They all grew up and blamed the dad. They hate him, as he states in the beginning. The curly haired kid and sister seemed to have injured themselves and blamed it on the dad. The third son was quiet and shy and didn't enjoy the dad's games. But I think this hatred he kept all these years has to do with the girl in the green dress. I assume she was a good family friend and after the mom took them away, she became the "one that got away." He loved her and had to leave the green dress girl, thinking it was forever.
See, they blame their misfortunes all these years on the dad, but he seems to genuinely care and trying to be a fun father.
This actually really saddens me. Men obviously lose custody cases way more than women, and the dad was trying to just be cool. But the kids got taken away and they didn't blame their cold, buzz kill mom. No, they didn't understand and took it out on the dad. The dad lost everything. His kids hated him for life and he died knowing that. He died a lonely life in the home he lost everything in. When he tried being a fun, charismatic dad and done goofed a few times, he lost *everything.*
When he died, he has one final goof. He is demolishing the house and nobody gets the deed. But he has brought everyone together. He brought the family back to his house and everyone seems happy and one again. His son even gets his childhood crush and likely marry later. He lost everything but was the one who brought everyone back together. All it took was... his death. (Unlikely but I like to think it was intentional)
Seriously, props to the dad in the music video! I'm sad no one else went in depth on this and no one else is appreciating the music video, but it really did leave an impact on me.
I made myself sad kms
Well said.
This song was on my recommendations so I thought "hey, why not" and then I realised that I had just found a great new song and I enjoyed the video and found the ending quite funny actually. I was feeling pretty good and had a bit of a laugh so I played it again while reading the comments this time, and on my third replay I came across this comment.
I am now crying. I feel like I can relate to most of what you explained about the video. My dad can't be around any more due to a seizure that left him brain damaged. He now can't really talk properly so he gets more frustrated and so he is more violent than he was and my sisters blame him as if he had deliberately hurt them.
I feel really weird now. I still feel kind of happy but kind of sad, but now I can appreciate the video more. Before I wasn't really thinking about what was happening in the video but will probably think about other music videos more now. I guess you had an impact on me too :)
Sorry! Didn't mean to make you cry, dude!
Ben, why do you think, children hate dad? I see, you wrote "as he states in the beginning". Can you explain that?
Lickely, they didn't wanted to leave as you can see at 3:30. So I'm not really shure, they didn't like him.
In the beginning he said: "Each one of you hits my goods", sounds like not actual reason. Perhaps dad wanted them to look back on this time.
But I agree that son with straight hair didn't like dad. I don't actually understand what does inscription on the cake of this guy mean (1:49). Look, there is written "happy belated bithday", and "belated" is ephasaised by red line. Strange, isn't. Why didn't celebrate it? The kid looks really sad, and I can't understand, why did dad write it. After that kid throws cake in the dad. What was relationships between them? This moment is complicated for me.
And what is mother pointing in the next frames. Is she pointing on this or still about buzz? What do you think
So, maybe, dad admits that he wasn't right in this moment. That's why he writes about "awful memories" in the letter? Of course, it is also about breaking up.
In the end they everybody loves him, as he got back the time and as you said bring them together. Dad hasn't changed. So there is goof. All as what you wrote)
All in all, it's really inspiring and thought-provoking video.
Please, tell what you think about two points:
1) Why do you think two kids blamed dad?
I see only case for one of them.
2) About the second article. This birthday cake. I'm puzzled a bit.
Other things are clear for me. And I like your comment. It's is really deep/deliberate and it has right points as I think.
I can be unclear in some ways, because of language. And also I could understand some words wrong, but actually I don't think so.
Hope you will answer!
This song makes me feel nostalgic for something that never happened

Brilliant video for a brilliant song. James Mercer is one of the most underrated songwriters of our time.
Congratulations to the Daniels on their Oscar nomination. Still one of the most beautiful music video ever made.
You know, this is a sad fact of life, but the terrible memories tend to leave more of a permanent impression than the good ones. I can tell you a thousand bad memories from my early childhood in great detail, but only ten good memories with a vague description at best. I found it tragically comedic that the first memory that came to each adult's mind was of the bad moments during what seemed like a really fun party. And each accident was just that-an accident. I just wish the happy moments in life were more memorable than the scarring ones.
Daniel Kwan (Chinese: 關家永) and Daniel Scheinert, collectively known as Daniels or the Daniels, directed the music video for the song "Simple Song" for the band 'The Shins'. They recently directed their second feature-length film. The name of the film was "Everything Everywhere All At Once"!
I've read a few articles and thoughts on this music video and although my assessment may not be accurate, it was quite different from the other opinions and may give a different light to this music video. Instead of taking the hatred aspect of the family dynamic seriously, take it tongue and cheek instead. It will change the entire feel for this video. First of all, if his kids really hated his guts, why would they be at his funeral? Secondly, instead of looking at the chase for the house deed as a spiteful and revengeful trick, think of it as a masterful plan to remind his children of their times growing up. Their father was always there video-taping, holding pinatas, throwing them parties, and making their times in life as rich and memorable as he could. The real gift his father could give his kid was worth more than the house, it was a reminder of the memories they all shared. The wrecking ball only destroyed the chance for jealousy and hostility. There was nothing left to fight over, only good memories to be had. This is the way I saw this video and continue to see it. But I get the feel most aren't catching on to it this way.
Isn't that how everyone's supposed to understand this song in the first place? Or it's just me and people actually took it at face value?
Do Bo this gave me shivers man
It's a great video and I see it the same way. It's such a genius idea and so emotional too. Best video ever.
i see it that way as well - re-living childhood moments
I believe this was the point. Not sure how people could interpret ot different, but i'm not them
The moment he said "This is just a simple song...", I knew this was not going to be a simple song...
I'm afraid to say it is never a simple song
Cringe
I dont see any Mathematics nor Physics related problems in song. Seems pretty simple to us non-overly emotional scrubs.

The most underrated band in history.
They all grew up hating each other and their father. In his death, he pulled one last prank to get his family back together and they end up remembering the happy times they shared together. Love it
The part that’s strange to me is the mother is so angry the father forgot to get a birthday cake for the youngest son on his actual birthday, but wouldn’t that mean she also didn’t?
Yeah. Let's us all millennials do something similar to our kids!
Tennenbaums
@zackerycooper1206 Having seen Everything Everywhere All At Once, it must be intentional. The mother in this situation is like Waymond. BTW funny enough I'm rewatching this on my birthday.
I don't think this video is showing happy times. It's showing repressed anger, learning that you can only win by beating those around you, a mom drinking to deal with her family, a sibling who was too shy and withdrawn to compete but was forced to anyway. If anything, the positive aspect was when the wrecking ball tore the house down - symbolism for letting go of that chapter in their lives to be able to move forward.
4 years after finding this song it still pierces my heart for how calming and soothing it is. Still my favorite song and it will always be. Will stay in my playlists forever

I swear that I dreamed

I know that things can really get rough when you go it alone
Don't go thinking you gotta be tough, to play like a stone
Could be there's nothing else in our lives so critical
As this little hole
My life in an upturned boat, marooned on a cliff
You brought me a great big flood
And you gave me a lift
To care, what a gift
You tell me with your tongue
And your breath was in my lungs
And you float over the rift

I am in love with that shot at 3:15, the dad appears behind them, with the camera he used to record their "best" moments in hand. He stands towering above them, having taught them one last lesson. Absolutely amazing.
More music needs to sound like this. No matter how many times I listen to it, or how much time passes between listening, this song still holds up!

What a fantastic video! Hilarious and very well executed.
i find it very emotional and nostalgic, bring tears every time.
what the fuck it's tragic lol.
Andrea Calcagno yeah how it is hilarious lol
It's hilarious because their greedy assess get nothing in the end! Dad got the last laugh. So many families are ripped apart and so many elderly people are preyed upon ... all for money. I say, take it with you. Let your stack of wealth go up in flames and let them be left with your memory. Hilarity will ensue.

I love how the video has a story within the main story.
The shy brother hates his dad because he wrecked the only chance he had to be with the girl who eventually married his brother. When he pulled her out from the boxes and gave her the bracelet, she almost kissed him, but then his brother yells in the attic (because of the chaos his father made) and the girl runs after him. She married the curly-haired brother after that, but she kept the bracelet because she always loved the other brother, and in the end, after they nearly died, they kiss. There is so much detail, I bet there's even more stuff in the background.
No, the girl is not married to the older brother. When they moved from the house she was left behind, and probably had never seen any of the brothers again til now. She was just comforting the older brother at the beginning cause she had no intimacy with the younger brother, he couldn't even exchange looks with her. It would be fucked up if she kissed her husband's brother at the end, don't you think?
I think it would be fucked up, but this is a kinda fucked up video, so I didn't think it was out of the question. I also assumed she was married to the older brother because she had a wedding ring (could be engagement ring), and she was consoling him.
But I see your point, and I think you might be right. It makes way more sense the way you explain it. I just still think I'd be more dramatic if she was his brother's wife and in the end they just said "fuck it, i want to be with you".
That's the great thing about this video, so much story presented in under 5 minutes. My take is that the older son was always the "favorite". He got the girl, he got the birthday cake (not the belated cake), he got called "my son" not "my other son". So he was a bit full of himself. The younger son was overshadowed, but it was his attention and sensitivity that got him his brother's girlfriend in the end.
As for the older son and the girl being married, I am not sure. In my head they were a couple but not married yet (making the kiss at the end a bit less creepy).
I think the little brother and that girl is a married couple since she show up at the ceremony (should be family member only). They just relized what they'd had in the same house years ago, and kissed.
The curly brother is the only one who is not married. His sister even got a daughter (she found the deed and got pushed away by her uncle).
this is hand down my favorite music video. has been for a long time. not only is this a really great song but the video is a short film, beginning to end, and they both match up beautifully.

The difference between a simple song and a basic song (basic2019song)
This simple song is gonna be amazing for eternity
still good in 2022.
I remember watching this scene like i watched it yesterday.Emotions were high, curiosity was infinitive. You could see everything you feel in Ted's eyes. And then we saw 8 years secret with her umbrella.. "Hi,One ticket to Farhampton please."
How I Met Your Mother Season 8 Episode 24 "Something New"
I got chills from your comment.
It was legen-wait for it... and I hope you're not lactose intolerant because the second half of that word is-dairy!
i cried reading this
Tears :
Damn I remembered again that I miss HIMYM so much
"You feel like an ocean being warmed by the sun" - what a great line.
Simple Song is up there as one of my 'favourite' songs. The nature of the song (and the MV) is a sense of nostalgia amidst the chaos of living. Its a theme I appreciate, because it reminds me that no matter how chaotic life is or how much you will screw up, there is perhaps a hope that eventually it'll all be worth it.
I don't know any music videoclip that could get me more emotional than this one. Always end up in tears, oh man..
I find it funny that so many people came to this song from HIMYM but I was the one guy binge watching HIMYM and going like: "Wait that's The Shins! Hell yeah!"
***** How I Met Your Mother
Had the same exact reaction (although during the original airing, not binging).
João Vitor oh you are so kind, I would love one!
Wow you knew the song before other people knew the song. Gee, you must be really cool.
Perhaps somewhere out there, at this very moment, the love of my life is buying a train ticket
Great song. Great video. Very Royal Tenenbaums, I think. Not a band that's really been on my radar, so thanks for that, Alexa/ Pandora.
One of the most insightful and poignant descriptions of love from the male point of view ever. The fumbling; the self-sabotage; the struggle to express our gratitude to the person who saves us from ourselves; the overdue realization of what truly matters in life.
This band is so highly, highly underrated.
And it’s so sad
They were a huge commercial success when this came out. We all get old, yo.
Very
along with modest mouse - great song writers!
Literally googled "Music Video about siblings fighting over inheritance" just to finally find this song. I randomly watched this video years ago and didnt remember the title. For years i was just hoping to run into it again if i lostened to enough indie songs. But not today. Finally
The other son's cake said "Happy Belated Birthday".
Me as a parent, honestly.
Lmao
Always always come back to this song. There's some feeling to it that can't be described. It's wholesome
I came back to it to find years old comments that I left. I grew up very similar to the video. My dad always loved birthdays and Christmas and did crazy fun things did us kids, someone always got hurt and eventually my mom left with us. One of the saddest videos ever for me but I watch it at lest once a year
@@Jim26D 🥺 *virtual hugs*
This is probably my favourite music video of all time.
Eight years later. I have cancer too, just like The Mother did. It will probably kill me too young just like it did The Mother. And this is still one of my favourite music videos. And I only JUST found out it was directed by The Daniels who also directed the incredible Swiss Army Man and Everything Everywhere All At Once which I haven't seen yet but absolutely will asap.
Loved EEAAO so much. Cried so many times.
I'M STILL HERE
Marcus: Want me to grab your bag?
Marshall: Yeah, Thanks. Ooooooooo0ooohhhh
Do you like cracked nuts?
This was in my recommended... this is so emotional because in mi mind i just heard "one ticket to farhampton please" HIMYM is one of the best things that i have seen ever
This song makes me cry my eyes out every time
One ticket to 2011, please.
I really have to find the third level
oohhh mann
Make it 2
Отличный был год:)Один из самых счастливых в моём детстве😀
Эх😔
One ticket to Farhampton please.. HIMYM

Memories 💞
Seems I just arrived😍
This song is wait for it…..awesome
This music video always makes me smile, I watch it all the time
IVE NEVER SEEN THIS MUSIC VIDEO UNTIL NOW AND OH MY GOD IT'S AMAZING
remember my father blasting this song amongst others in the living room when I was like 6 or 7 years old. It's so nostalgic going back to this video, crying rn
same!! he’d play this in the car when i was growing up. :,)
Who cares?
This video makes me wanna cry and at the same time smile. lol This is such a beautiful song. It's on repeat! I love it!
James you’re such a great singer, we’ll do that thing where we realize just how great, once you’re gone... just know for me it’s happening now
Why am I crying
+Ferkidactilo because of all the baggage we have from childhood. All of us.
My same question.
Because you are probably remembering the season finale for how I met your mother and how sad/good it was... Either that or you are experiencing a Vietnam war flashback
+Jon Alesch well said
because no matter how awful it was or how much abuse you dealt with in that house, it is still your house, your memories. you would rather own that house and keep it out of spite for all the bad crap that happened there then see it destroyed. destroying it is like breaking a part of yourself and no matter how awful that part is, it still makes you, you. the house is part of your identity no matter what and sometimes its hard to let go of that.
this has been my go to song since the past 2yrs and I can't get sick of it!!
I only listen to this version. It's so complete with the voice overs that the song feels naked to me without it. This is my favorite song ever.
I remember being a freshman in HS and Watching Garden State but simultaneously discovering Sea Legs on my own. The Shins are MY THING and WILL ALWAYS BE!! I am now 31, married... and 10 years ago my hubby and I would have this song on repeat!!! I don't know whether to cry...or cry...... or cry, bc I feel so old. And times have changed. Ok, I'm crying. But still appreciating good music. Ty Shins. ILY SO MUCH
the dad seems like he's cool.
haha it's true :)
+kaine fenton Or they might be pieces of shit. Like all other kids.
Jakub Dzióbek hahaha maybe xD
+kaine fenton 50 is just genetics you cant just stop a kid who genetically hungers for murder and death lol
The dad is a dick because he always pitted his kids against each other (in humiliating and dangerous ways at times) for his own amusement. Even after he was dead. Does that make sense?
This video and music is a masterpiece. I swear, I have never seen such a beautiful video and song in my life.
This music video makes me smile. Beautiful
One of the most thoughtful music videos I have ever watched. Simply stunning. The music, the lyrics, the concept, the transitions- everything was so moving.
Anyone else tear up at the flashbacks?
I wouldn’t say sooooo...
Every time man
nope
Nah I don't know dem folks
Here, men
desde que salio esta canción la escuche, la busque por mucho tiempo y apenas en pleno 2016 la encontré.
Great video... even better song... terrific album as a whole.
I have "and you feel like and ocean being warmed by the sun" tattooed, and I will always love this song!
"Destiny wanted me to stay in New York. Because if I had gone to Chicago, I would have never met your mother."
[Ted] “But none of that mattered bcse I never loved her, she was a consolation prize. Robin was the true woman I loved.... You can tell since she was the main protagonist and your mother was never in it.” I hate the ending.
@@spena2786 I'll go with the Alternate Ending too
@@spena2786I prefer to say "I'm gonna go hit on your Aunt Robin, bye-eeee" after keeping them waiting on the end of that story for 8 years probably..
@@spena2786 oh, my God, people are still on that train. He grieved Tracy for six years! SIX YEARS!! The entire length of the show we watched was eight years; he grieved her for almost as long as he knew Robin by the time he met her. Before that, they spent seven years together, and not once did he think about Robin in all those years. Y'all act like he went home with Robin straight from Tracy's funeral.
Like, it's okay to not like how the story turned out. But to call her a consolation prize is just wrong, when Ted spend almost as much time with her as he knew Robin during the run of the show AND spent about as much time grieving her after her death. What do y'all want? For him to spend the rest of his life crying and never moving on?
@@shaimawahab5916it’s ok. I’m sure you’ll be fine.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is the best music video ever made.
The father had a sense of humor and good intentions. His ungrateful kids got a reminder of their fathers sense of humor and good intentions and that he truly loved them in the end.
good
i can never get tired of this video and song ! its like a whole movie in 5 minutes
I hate this. My dad died when I was young and I never got to experience any of this. He battled an addiction for the entire time I knew him, and just wanted to get rid of it. Just like the dad here he was trying his best and until not long ago I never really understood what made him a decent person. He never wanted that addiction, he got clean, and then he died after two weeks of being home. I didn't know what I was getting into with song but I didn't expect to break down crying. God I miss my dad. I want him back.
Im sorry for your loss
Be Brave in front of sadness and pain. There will end some days. Write a letter about what you would have loved to live and do with your father and keep it. One day, you will become a father and have kids. Then read it. I hope that you will find some peace in it.
Is it weird that everything you said here happend to me, my dad died after a week or two of being clean and after he got out of jail the last time I saw him I left early to go to my friends and never saw him again.
I originally had a negative view of the music video, but if you were to watch the video at face value and use the song and some subtle camera techniques for deeper information, it would seem not completely of hatred. The video starts with washed out colors, in which the world is boring and gray, but whenever a memory is uncovered, it would seem as though the world became colorful. I like to think that the father tried to give to the kids as many memorable moments throughout their childhood, though they did not understand it at the time, and is now reviving those moments. As said by another comment, " think of it as a masterful plan to remind his children of their times growing up". The destruction of the house would remove any such jealousy that would result from the inheritance, and leave only the colorful memories they all share. In the end, I think they truly appreciated their father as they stood where the dad stood as he watched them leave. Besides if they truly hated him, why show up at the funeral, it would be better to spite their father if they did not attend his funeral.
I'm so sorry. That's really rough
I saw this video and I just see a dad who tried his best to make life fun for his kids... It breaks my heart to see the kind of love and devotion that the dad paid the kids returned with hate. Which is why I love The Shins, because they make me feel things even when they shouldn't
Appearances are obviously misleading.
Someone should make a movie out of this!
alien there's actually a play that it's based on
really? do you know the name?
alien I'm trying to remember. My old high school put it on last year. I'm sure you could google the premise and find it
alien this is where I leave you. Not exactly but could see some similarities. Great movie either way.
Try "The Great Tenenbaums"
Are you guys playing in Europe, the Netherlands anytime soon? god I love the "this is life" song among many others!!!!!!!
I wonder how many people besides me became a fan of HIMYM because of this song? I first heard of The Shins after watching Garden State and had read so many comments about HIMYM over the years I finally broke down and started watching it on Netflix. I figured it must be good if The Shins have a song in the final episode. Great Show, Great Song and Great Music Video even though I feel like I've been cutting onions after watching it to find my eyes a little watery. I'll never get tired of New Slang or Simple Song.
When you find a random song on RUclips and just dig it....
KMS1010 have you check the commentaries? this is an epic song for HIMYM fans
