It worked on my sharp smartwatch. He said that if you want to change the time of the smart watch just scan the qr code on the manual. And when the app was donwloaded just press syncronize data to set the time and date of the smart watch.

I scanned the QR code and used App to connect to iPhone but it still did not sync with the phone current time and date. I had used the app with a previous device so I then deleted the App and started over. This time it worked.
go to settings on your watch , scroll and get the QR code showing ,Put your phone on to " taking photos " Scan the QR code from your watch , with your mobile phone ----- time is automatically reset . Worked for me !

The watch I have DGTEC dg1727 won't sync the time. Its 20 minutes out. There is no manual way to set it.
Please Try with any other phone and make sure you allowed all the permissions

Thats why now a days companies have added a qr code option on the latest watches. After scanning the qr they will land you towards app download page.
