Factory reset your watch and restart
your phone. Then, try connecting both.
My time is not changing format. It is the same on both screens. Any ideas?

Hey there, how can I play the voice memos? When I press "play", it gets selected and jumps to a "page" when there is a big CD disk with a press forward and a press backward icon. I can also select any of my recordings from before by clicking the bottom right "three lines".
However...
1. When I press on any of the recordings, the bracelet is not playing anything.
2. When I am on the page I mentioned above with the CD disk, the "press forward" and "press backward" icons are also unresponsive...
I simply cannot play any of the recordings even though I am connected to my phone through blootooth..
Would you know how to play those recordings? Thank you for your help in advance :-)
Ir never connects to Bluetooth for me.. Nothing I try works. Location permission option for FitPro in limited to selection is "Allow only while using the app", rather than "Allow all the time" like other apps do. So I tap on the FitPro button while connecting to Bluetooth, but it still never connects. The FitPro is right next to my phone. What the heck is wrong with it?! It constantly says "Disconnected". What can I do?

Mine doesn't turn on. It says to charge but the box didn't come with a charger in the mail package so it requires buying a charger separately to set it up? Nvm my watch straps don't come out to charge it in a USB. I will just go to a different store and buy one in person. This one is crap.

Is this smart watch the same as D20 because d20 usually disconnect and reconnect it connection is not stable. And it select phone it work with.
Grant all permissions to stop the unstable connection.

Fitpro app does not have dial settings on it.

Everytime I set my dial picture , the watch does not save the selected picture after charging/turning it off , when I pick it up again the dial has changed to it’s standard/fabric settings picture again .. very strange ! I need to re upload my own picture every time 😭

My Y68 its new and if fully charged the battery shutdown empty within an hour
The problem could be either an adapter with higher volts or the battery gone bad. If you use an adapter higher than 10w and badge for more 2hrs, it damages the battery or watch hardware.
Please someone should help me, I can't find this exact fitpro on play store
