OMG I TRIED THIS AND IT WAS THE MOST PERFECT CAKE EVERRR!!@ I had to let it bake in the oven a bit longer because of my crusty musty oven and it turned out PERFECT!!!
It's nice to see a pastry chef making a cake without a recipe technically. I'm studying to be a pastry chef and I've seen so many people being discourage to bake because they assume you need a scale and need to be extremely specific. I know with some recipes you do, but not all.
