Abolishing the Electoral College does require an amendment, but, again, that is within the legal framework of our system. Thus, I say, abolish the Electoral College and expand the court! The way it is supposed to work is that Judges can be impeached from their positions. The PROBLEM is there are too many Maga morons in Congress and they would never vote for impeachment of their dearly beloved CONservative Judges. Since it is not a simple majority vote, (51% v 49%), it would be difficult for anyone on SCOTUS to get impeached. Same for the impeachment of a president. We all know that *The Coup Clutz Clown* should have been impeached, but the Maga pollution and corruption on Capitol Hill saved his Mango Colored @ss both times. Also, the supreme court is supposed to police themselves, because there is no code of ethics for them. They pretty much get to do what they want, specifically, now that they are mostly Maga morons. Since it is not a simple majority vote, (51% v 49%), it would be difficult for anyone on SCOTUS to get impeached. Same for the impeachment of a president. Also, the Supreme Court is supposed to police themselvesand have a code of ethics for them. As a Paralegal, it is hard to conceive how our legal framework can hold together when the fundamental principles of Stare Decisis and precedent have been tossed out the window. I am terrified for my adult children and the rest of my countrymen and women who simply want to be able to live and thrive in this country. Abolishing the Electoral College does require an amendment, but, again, that is within the legal framework of our system. Thus, I say, abolish the Electoral College and expand the court!

The way it is supposed to work is that Judges can be impeached from their positions if they are corrupt. The PROBLEM is there are too many Maga morons in Congress, and they would never vote for the impeachment of their dearly beloved CONservative Judges. Since it is not a simple majority vote, (51% v 49%), it would be difficult for anyone on SCOTUS to get impeached. Same for the impeachment of a president. We all know that *The Coup Clutz Clown* should have been impeached, but the Maga pollution and corruption on Capitol Hill saved his Mango Colored @ss both times.
Also, the Supreme Court is supposed to police themselvesand have a code of ethics for them. They pretty much get to do what they want, specifically, now that they are mostly Maga morons, including Chief Justice Roberts, who is the one who is supposed to keep them in line. Roberts, the Chief Justice, doesn't seem to care so they pretty much do what they want. He should have required Thomas and Alito to recuse themselves regarding this immunity case. He said nothing.
