This game is truly unique and very fun to play. Mercenary system is super cool and graphics are oldish but the color is good and the world is great so many different races and enemies. Palette is super bright super cool. Sadly the sequel Lennus 2 lost all its colors despite being a much more competent and good looking game it was too generic for me it had elements of Paladin's Quest but none of the super charm. Then again a long game and much more well made then the first one and the music managed to stay on point. Super sad that no words of remakes or even a sequel and the original maker of Lennus series died a couple years back. He indeed wanted to do a lennus 3 and have it be a trilogy, something about exploring the planet of the raiga and basically Chezni Midia Farus and possibly Pedro the other random being the main characters. He did an interview and he talked about the possible sequel.
Great review, fascinating to learn about all of these classics that can slip so easily under one's radar.
