I have the same problem where I just let work build up and then I don't want to wake up so I'm running late to school and then I'm miserable all day and come home and crash and don't do anything but then I stay up late because I tell myself "oh I'll get the work done tonight I'll do it soon" and then fall asleep on accident before I do anything and without taking care of myself at all. I'm hoping to get a fresh start and not let this happen next semester.

Hey @Angeline Aspnes, i would recommend u to clean up ur desk/ study place firstly before u start. It helps me sooo much to focus. You can do everything if u want to so fight back to the voice in ur head and say: „ I can do this“. I also put ‚pomodoro study with me‘ vids to concentrate. Dont forget to put breaks while u study and stay hydrated!!! Or if u want to put ur favorite song on! I wish u a good start and a good morning/afternoon/evening/night😘
try this way just one topic, award yourself you might end up Procastinating for days. but when you sit cover one topic (its like one paragraph or one page). say to yourself please just learn this much.
if you don't want to get stuck in cycle of days of Procastination then. (i don't want to either). wanna join? just looking for anyone to get Moving with. i believe if we all procastinaters work all then each of us can get alot action
5:36 I could honestly relate to your procrastination. I recently felt as though the subjects I've chosen were tremendously difficult and have been upset that I wasn't able to do well in anything. This just demotivated me even further and just today I got my quiz evaluated - it was an E. Quite disappointing from my perspective as I am so used to getting As and Bs. This sent me further down the black hole and got me doing the same thing you did. P.s. I absolutely loved this video, it kind of helped me get through my slump.

One day at a time Rebecca. Anxiety wasn’t built up in one day and it won’t all go away in one day either. Baby steps, get a little more done each day, then when you do finally get caught up really try to stay on top of things to keep anxiety in check 😊
I've been struggling a lot lately with motivation to do school, so when I'm on my computer "to do bio", I end up watching youtube pretty much the whole time when I should be doing school. I've just been really struggling to have any energy or motivation or self-discipline to do anything. And youtube is always where I escape to from all my responsibilities. It's really bad. hey! i do :) i find that it’s REALLY important to wear gloves and a hat to cover your ears, or headphones that go over your ears. my face also gets super super cold so a face covering sometimes as well! i usually wear under armour then a sweater and a windbreaker coat over it!
