Except that narrative is an outright lie at this point. At first is was just an assumption, but it's been debunked, and then doubled down on. If anything those two skaters who proclaimed themselves the leaders of all the locals are the real bad guys in this situation. They are the ones who cost all the other locals from potentially winning 20k in prize money, and then went on to make assumptions about a situation they knew very little about. Tim has been really transparent about what actually happened from his perspective. Also tim has openly said this was all to help his community, and to help something he enjoys himself, skatebording. He also said he wouldn't gatekeep his park, and that even after all the assumptions, and turning down his donations, he still would let them skate at his park. Which is more than anyone can say about those self-proclaimed leaders, who actively tried to gatekeep tim out of the community over some petty political disagreements. Skating shouldn't about politics, but those event organizers are the one's who acted fools, and then try to use misinformation to ostricize someone who was tring to help. The left is so manipulative. For the record, I'm bot a conservative, but i am against irrational based ideologies. Religion, wokism, it's all the same in retrospect. They bot have the same issues with cognitive dissonance, groupthink, and trying to force their beliefs down the throats of others, the ostricizing them if they refuse to conform to their preffered brand of ideology, and the want to indoctrinate the mind of children with their preffered brand of ideology.
But sure, tim pool os the bad guy because he dltried to donate 20k to an event, and then tried to open up a more legitimate spot for locals to come skate. How are people this ignorant, and just okay with themselves?
@@DemiHavok420he didn't ask the 10 year anniversary event planners if tweeting out their poster to 1 million people and offer 20k would be a good idea. The place is tiny has a small parking lot and didn't have the infrastructure to handle a 20k best trick competition.

This narrative that Tim bought it out from under the skateborders is based on nothing more than their assumptions of what they thought happened. But they were completely wrong about their assumptions. And now everyone is attacking tim based on this narrative, that is based on assumptions, that turned out to not be accurate. Typical far left behavior. No wonder he called them woke. He offered to fund an event (20k btw) in his community, and a few people who self-proclaimed themselves as the leaders turned down the donation over petty political BS. Thus taking away 20.000$ from the other locals who they shouldn't have been answering for. I'm sure a local skater would have loved to win that money, but politics were more important to these weird leftists, so they chose to selfishly ruin it for everyone else. How brave and stunning.😅 And tim pool is the bad guy here? If it was a private company than sure, don't except the dontations, but this was a public event, on land that was open to everyone, you don't get to gatekeep. Why is it always the left gatekeeping, than preaching about being inclusive? Irony so pure gold bars are jealous. It really is punk to be anti woke, idk about conservative though. aren't most skate boarders rich kids though? always was the case in the UK. no ghetto kids could get boards until they were older, so never could get that good. I know it's different in the states sometimes, you get some gifted ghetto kids, but in the UK, I'd say over 90% of gifted skaters come from middle or upper middle class families, and stable background where they have both parents. I couldn't get a skateboard till I was 15, because I had to buy all my own stuff. I started way too late to actually get good. Was heartbreaking TBH to be told "ah dude, you're too old,, should have started at 10 years old, 12 at latest" they were right though. You need to start early, when you have no fear. At least for most people. I know there will be exceptions when it comes to naturally gifted skaters.

if i see Tim Pool irl im stealing his hat
This is a skateboard movie setup: evil guy buys the skatepark

@@DemiHavok420 You do realise that injecting 20k into a small DIY Jam would literally destroy it because there's no infrastructure to support a comp of that size espectially when it's just been tweeted to literally millions of people?
