I had the exact same bike 1976 GT 380, bought new, Then rode it down from Quebec Canada to Panama, across all lower 48 US states and across Canada. 28,000 miles in 6 months of touring. The bike never missed a beat. The bike in the video looks like it’s needs new set of piston rings. Yes it’s a two stroke but my 380 never left a trail of smoke behind it
Thanks for the trip down memory lane! I had a red 75 bought as a left over from New England Cycle Center when they where in West Hartford, I worked across the street at Pratt & Whitney small tool. It was my first bike and put 9k on it the first year.
76'er red just like this one... mine died because the middle cylinder got a hole burned into it (because of the spark-plug I think mayby a tech savvy person can confirm) I tried to repair it, but then life changed and I had no longer the means or opportunity to repair it. Moved out of the country..... rode it for about 4 years. Had a 76 years old lady which her hair flying in the wind once on it while giving her a ride to the post-office or shopping...
