For homage watches, my first requirement is a good movement; so this is what makes Cadisen the winner, imho. The green or blue dial are fantastic, am not a fan of the gold one. Pagani can really make hundreds of models fast, but QC seems to be better with the other homage brands, in terms of actually working well as a watch (not just the exterior). Anyway, to each his own.
Good move… just got the PD-1752 Tiffany blue… and the second hand keeps moving 3-4/sec when you pull the crown to hack? Then when you set the time in the seconds hand it skips 5/sec ?! It’s impossible to set the time… I thought it was just unlucky QC? Nope, it’s a well known issue with the PD-1752 ST16 movements and I keep seeing most of the issues are the DD36 Tiffany blue versions. I was warned not to buy it and I was like, yeah he just got super unlucky bad QC. Well, I’m paying it forward… do. Do not get the Pagani PD-1752 ST16. I’ve never had a bad experience on AliExpress EVER, until now. I showed a video of it to the Pagani rep on Ali X and he told me “The PD-1752 uses the ST16 and that doesn’t support hacking”… right there I knew it’s bigger than I thought. He offers a return if I ship it back, which would cost me more than the watch is worth and then he’s going to turn around and sell it to someone else. Pagani has definitely stepped up their quality (I’ve heard) just not on this watch. Now I got it delivered this morning… unfortunately last night I ordered the new Pagani red moonwatch Chrono. I’m so nervous dealing with Pagani now… I would’ve cancelled the order if it wasn’t already shipped (so they say) but I’m hoping because the VK quartz movement everything should be decent. The watch looks really good online and has good reviews… but we all know reviews can be bought and manufactured these days so who knows. This Pagani 1752 also has good reviews and honestly I think it feels cheap. I’ve been spoiled by Cronos, San Martin etc… also got my Seestern S434! That Seestern s434 is amazing… the bezel has the perfect resistance and the watch and dial look so clean. It has a great bracelet… by guessing I’d say that Cronos did the bracelet (the links and screw pins seem to be the same… definitely the screw pins I checked) and used something similar to San Martins new on the fly micro adjustment clasp. It’s not as much as Cronos or even San Martin but it’s done really well and the full lume bezel is done really well. Also been wearing mostly my blue Cronos L6005 full lume and the new San Martin 0111-g2 (Mercedes hands) which wears smaller than the Cronos and has excellent lume and bezel action. This Seestern s434 is stunning IMO. Honestly, never was a big Pagani fan… I like their designs and dials but their quality is garbage IMO. I’d rather get a Steeldive. If you’re still looking, I’ll sell you the Pagani PD-1752 for $70 brand new in Tiffany blue. I just got it today and haven’t worn it since I sized it. The only presidential watch I would consider is the Cronos or San Martin DJ. I want the gold center link with a white dial but they’re constantly sold out. Especially the Cronos because it’s the best DJ made in that high end Chinese market if you will. I really do love AliExpress watches but I should’ve gotten the Pagani on EBay or Amazon so I could exchange it for another one that works properly. That’s why I got the new San Martin SN0111 on Amazon invade there were problems I could exchange but the watch was perfect
I got the new Pagani DD40 mm in Gold Green and I love it. I have also seen the new Sugess 433 day date which cost 3 times more than the Pagani and I wonder if it is worth the price ? What do you think ? Thank you
Why Pagani would stick that hideously out of place clunky clasp on an otherwise great homage is beyond me. I'm an immediate buyer if they go to a hidden clasp. They should get rid of the ridiculous open back too. Pagani just luuuuves those.

Die neue Version mit 100m Wasserdichtigkeit und verschraubter Krone gibt es jetzt ja auch von Cadisen in ice Blau. I'd never buy a gold Chinese watch.. nice comparison, though. Just wish the Pagani was 40mm, had the Cadisen bracelet and movement, until then.. I'll just enjoy my Cronos DJ homage, after seeing a customer of mine with a Beautiful Rolex day/date Presidential in platinum, ice blue dial. I was drooling over it. Even though i own a couple Swiss watches, im looking for an affordable version, I think it's just too blingy for me, that I'd only wear on rare occasions. Again nice video comparison!
Yes, unfortunately you didn't mention that the "beating heart" of the Pagani Presidential, is a fairly shoddy looking ST16. I do think the clasp on the Pagani is better, but it's also out of place for the style. A stamped divers extension on the Pagani Presidential? Totally unnecessary. But it appears that Pagani has largely been using these clasps on most of their watches, almost like a direct off the shelf part. Not saying the Pagani is a bad watch, I have owned many, and I love my Tudor homages. But I can hardly say it is much better than the Cadisen in this case, overall at least.
It’s a mechanical watch. You don’t know what your doing. With day date complications you need to set the time to 10:30 push in the crown one postman turn either clockwise or counterclockwise to change day than date. You should have done your research, they are easy to break the movement. I assume you messed yours up

Thing is I can afford a Rolex, but I also, know the value of money and I just like the look of the bracelet but I’m not willing to pay 20k+ on a watch. I could buy so many more valuable things with that money.
I can confirm that my model C-8185G, has the Miyota 8285 and does NOT hack. Could be an older set of movements they put in. Perhaps some of the Cadisens do? I know that only 2018/19 onwards, did Miyota add hacking to certain 82XX-series movements, so it may be up to chance? Sadly.
Have the same pagani watch. When I set the time. Mechanism fail to start. Have to shake the watch to get it going again. Chinese mechanism not reliable. Also the rotor wasn't move freely. Had to open the watch to fix it.
If it ain’t a crappy dial with Roman numerals, they put fake diamonds instead. The one time they make a 36mm day date, it has a horrible movement with your choice of baton dial all gold, or stupid Roman numerals. Cadisen can’t seem to get that crap cyclops to a proper 2.5 magnification, but they managed to get it right in their newest GMT watch that has just been released… picture that. There also must be some type of limitations to Pagani actually making a 36mm or 38mm with a stainless steel case and baton dial. Instead, Pagani is obsessed with baton dial 41s, with a lug to lug of some ridiculous 50mm and up
I hate those fake brand names on those homage watches, at first they didnt bother me much, but now i cant stand them anymore. I just wish they a logo only with some generic writing like automatic...

I picked up the Cadisen around a month ago. Main reason was the movement. Just had way more confidence in the Miyota 8285 than the Seagull ST16.

At these price points little differences are big IMO. Obviously they’re both fairly similar at a macro level.

Cadisen uses a much better movement Miyota 8285 which is hackable

I broke the crown trying to set the date on two of them pagani design....to me they no good
I sold every Pagani after a few days because it had an incredibly cheap feel so thanks for the review which means both are probably mega crappy 😬
