I just invested in a NIBBLER machine and your videos help me a lot for my Volkswagen barndoor sheet metal restoration... and my Volkswagen oval convertible
Very well done, Joe. That cover for the header must have been quite a challenge to shape from 16-gauge steel. Looks like it fits perfectly. I had not thought of using a 45-degree angle with the 'cut and butt' technique. That seems like a great idea!
Thanks Ron, I'll let you know how it works out with the "cut and butt', I won't do that until I have the floors and tranny tunnel built to avoid putting the engine in and out repeatedly.
