I turn 39 in November and My fastball got clocked at 97 last weekend which is 9 mph faster then when I was in my 20's is this an anomaly 3 different radar guns clocked me at my old high school.
Where can you buy a water bag, like the one in this video, in the backpack type setup? I see ones where you hold it on your back but that doesn’t look healthy for the elbows at all.
Horrendous technique. Before someone says, "[Pitcher with bad technique] throws [x]mph, bro": How many could throw like this (no hip rotation into landing, slinging with back leg flying around) without destroying their elbows / needing TJS? I don't remember this inefficient (lower velocity as well as dangerous) slinging style being prevalent in the 90s.
Where can we buy the harness plz ?

Can you drop a link in the description as to the water bag you’re wearing? Where can we buy one
It’s a tidal tank and if you’re looking for the backpack search up water bag backpack.
should you be doing the water bag work with both sides or just focus on the throwing side?
It's not really necessary to do both sides, but obviously Skenes does as well as some of the athletes we train as well
Can I put some washing pounders and my baseball socks in there while training with it ? 😂
Nothing a master practices can be eyewash.
