This is terrible advice for anyone, form is really bad. Not to mention, you should change the title, because this absolutely using your legs, and could really hurt someone trying to avoid that.
This is disappointing. Searched for exercises using no legs, and found this. But you use your legs in 2 of these 3 exercises. Why dont you make a truly upper body only exercise video for folks who have no use of their legs?
I scarped half my leg on concrete a week ago and my whole leg hurts from it I can’t bend my knees only could keep the leg straight so I can’t run I could jump rope but I got a lot taller since then
okay I just injured my leg-hip area, trying to at least for a while replace running. How many calories would something like this burn compared to a 2 mile run-walk?
You should try exercising with your mouth closed and breathing through your nose. It provides more oxygenation to your body and you'll feel more benefits from exercise.

buddy you're using the legs...particularly your knees....this is pretty misleading....well-intentioned no doubt, but misleading.

You do realize that you are ENTIRELY using your legs? You are using so much power transfer from the floor.

if you have an ankle injury you cant do any of these

Terrible form. 1st exercise will tear your intercostal muscles. Swinging weights will tear everything and yeah, totally using your legs
