I loved this podcast HEAPS !!! I studied on Macrobiotics too. I too love Louise Hay. Time to implement affirmations again in my life 🥰. Love to check out more on Andrea, love her knowledge and love to find out more on what she offers. Huge thanks for this podcast 🌟❤️🌟
I've always loved Andrea, was introduced to her at IIN many years ago. I'm disappointed that she kept pointing to her tea and never told us the recipe so we could make it too!
My italian mother never took us to the doctors. She always had some remedy. We used to call her a witchdoctor. 😂 we always ate healthy, salads every night and we couldn't afford anything expensive. But she made all healthy meals.
My dad said "don't plant anything you can't eat". We had lots of fruit trees and artichoke plants. In the 50s no one even knew what an artichoke was. 😂
I LOVED this episode. I want more info about herbs and herbal recipes. Both of you look so healthy and happy. Thank you - more please!
Yes I always say when we nourish our bodies deeply, we're nourishing our bones
Thankyou Margie always interesting guests. Food is medicine.

Hi much appreciated ❤❤❤❤❤
Wow!! This hit home. Had exactly what your guest described but I did the radioactive iodine and now I have been on thyroid meds since.
