Mitch: "Hold my beer!"
Hold my Prosecco
@@reginaclement6914 🤣👍
Hold my Chardonnay!
@@s_lasgalen you are right 👍
Starbucks, darling. This is Mitch we're talking about, so it'd be "hold my Starbucks, bitches." 😂
I saw vocal coaches react to this and comment that what Mitch does here shouldn’t be possible. Then they remember he’s Mitch, they’re Pentatonix, and they do “impossible” things all the time.
Before breakfast. While standing on their heads.
Ling Ling extreme...
I actually saw voice coach explaining it and how to get at least closer to that
Mitch is not human. The mic setup was perfect to balance the group. And the backup and filler was full-bodied and gorgeous. Personally, I wanted the riffs and changes section to go on for three more versions!
❤ I love your reactions. ❤
When Mitch and Kirstie start alternating the line at the end is when it always gets people lol
All three of the trio are alternating the lines at the end which makes it even more impressive.
I will NEVER GET OVER IT, and I'll never get tired of watching people react to this. I think Kasian's my favorite's so far. LOVE this.
This song is a perfect example of how naturally synchronized they are. All those tiny interactions fall into perfect line and they are never off by a microsecond. No watching each other, no nods, nothing to indicate the timing, they just do it.
YESSS. Thank you for saying that this arrangement is Grammy-worthy! I watch this cover incessantly, just to watch them build a groove in it. Their ability to listen to each other and lay down a performance this clean on the fly? Truly otherworldly.
I completely agree... that was a grammy worthy performance there.
I completely love your reactions, and how you watch Pentatonix with so much disbelief on your face. One really great song that Scott did separately from Pentatonix is his I should tell ya momma on you cover. I'd love to see you react to that. Another really good one he sang around 10 years ago was love the way you lie part 2.
I honestly don't know which I like better, when Mitch does that jumpy part by himself with his crazy control or when they do it together and trade off with their crazy timing ♥
Your reaction did not disappoint! This is one of my absolute favorites! I love that you played a bit of the original to compare.
Mitch Grassi JOGA cover! I said it before but talking about his gorgeous tone and vocal agility...it’s mesmerizing 💖
It amazes me how many details you notice the first time. Love your enthusiasm.
I just love❤️ that gobsmacked look you always have when listening to PTX! You never fail to entertain❣️
Loved your reaction and I love this song! Mitch is absolutely insane. It was also amazing to hear this live in concert! They sang all of that and then added choreography 🤯 It was a tour exclusive so they never released it as a recording or made it available for sale so it wasn’t eligible to be submitted for a Grammy.
I had to stop watching Godzilla, King of Monsters for this reaction. That's saying something. 😃👍💚
And yes. Their timing is incredible. I love how they trust that each person will be where they're supposed to be and that they stick to their own parts, never trying to be in the spotlight if it's not their turn. Each of them is incredible individually, but they understand that this only works if they can be humble enough to support one another. That has always been one of the biggest thing that amazes me about them. I notice it most in these one shot performances, and especially the Evolutions. Each can go from Lead to background in an instant. Perfect.
Yes, yes, yes! With all their individual and collective talent, they would not have accomplished what they have without their relationships and the heart each one has - that's one reason this reactor is so great to watch, because he right there with them on that
I absolutely love watching you react to Pentatonix music. You encapsulate all of the emotions I feel when listening to them. They impressed me from the first time they were presented to the public on “The Voice”, they are so naturally talented! Their experience from that time has elevated them to another level. I agree ☝🏻 they deserved a Grammy!
I saw the notification I clicked immediately ****18 seconds**
In every Pentatonix reaction video I always wait for certain parts to hit so I can watch the reactor’s head explode, and you did not disappoint
I just love this stripped down arrangement that displays their individual talent so well... the nuances... the swells... the original ping pong finale and no sampling. They work so well together always to the benefit of the song. True artists.
I was about to do something else and said "Nope, stop...I have to watch this first"! Great reaction as always.
Every time I listen to it, I can't get out of awe. It is as if someone connected a well-oiled machine to the power supply. They are perfect, they deserve triple gold.
Have you reacted to waving through a window yet? That song is amazing you should watch it
At the end of your commentary, I felt that. I DO cry from how good they are. Like I legit sit there balling sometimes because they are so talented. They are just so deserving of all of the love, blessings, and opportunities imaginable. And the cherry on top is that they are humble beyond belief and just amazing human beings behind the scenes.
I really hope someday you're able to go back and listen to these videos again with headphones because you'll realize how much of Avi's parts you miss without headphones. Great reaction!!! Please check out Where are U now
This. So much this.
This by far is the most beautiful piece of music I have ever heard. Your right they should have won a Grammy for this. Great reaction as always. Judy D
When the parts are all so bloody great, the sum is out of this world, isn't it? Your reaction, as always, took something I already enjoyed and made in new all over again - thank you!
I hope you are considering seeing how they got here by watching the Sing-Off episodes - being smart as well as talented, they may have made mistakes here and there, but they learned from them and grew together. Even as baby PTX, they knocked some hefty hits right out of the park ;-) Before they did Macklemore, Beyonce, Queen, and Imogen Heap, they did Kanye West, Katy Perry, Steppenwolf, and Florence and the Machine!
I think that's why, after Matt came on board, they took a step back to pop hits in a wide variety of genres, with some classics thrown in, before working on originals again. They wisely took some time to rebuild but didn't stop taking risks. I can't wait to see where they go from here
Elizabeth Santersero they actually had another reason to go back to covers, but they are still some amazing covers. I can’t wait to hear this next original album we’ve waited so long for now that the “legal issues” have been resolved
Your reaction to this says it for all of us. They are perfection.
Don't get me wrong I've enjoyed every Pentatonix & Superfruit reaction I've seen you do, but this has been my favorite so far. Never fails to brighten my day, I often giggle waiting for certain parts of the song that I know will get a good reaction. My daughter hears your intro and drops what she's doing to come watch with me lol
Agree 100% they should’ve won a Grammy for this.
Don’t you just want this to go on and on and on and on?!?!? I play this on repeat on youtube. I made a playlist with just this song and I put it on repeat.. I agree with the grammy on this one. I had the same reaction when they started alternating the singers towards the end. So amazing, unique and captivating. This song and I actually put their cover of “no” on that playlist as well. It’s sooo fun and well done.
I agree...technically this is just perfect. Complicated arrangement, masterfully done.
Your jaw was dropped the ENTIRE time, omg. THIS WAS THE BEST REACTION I have ever seen to this song! I love that you knew the original, and that it was immediately obvious to you what exactly they had accompllished with this performance. Subscribed!!
Thank you for this reaction, I've been watching reactions to Gold all evening and I love yours the best, subscribed and looking forward to watching more of your stuff!
Completely agree this should be a Grammy!!
YEEEESSSS!!! I knew this would blow your mind!! I will never ever tire of watching people react to hearing this for the first time, it is definitely a phenomenal performance.
This one is pure heaven. Shame it’s one of the ones I can’t download from iTunes. That and their cover of No by Meghan Trainor. I love listening to that one as well, you should deffo react to that one!
Kirstie's 'fallin' and then that melody change just leave me speechless
You never fail me, Kasian!! This was a perfect reaction to a perfect cover. This might be my favorite reaction by you, you really are good at this!! Please, keep it up!!
Same here!!! I so enjoy your reactions!
So glad I found your channel! Your reactions and insights are wonderful and any time I see a notification, I know it’s going to be good. Also a good amount of variety across what you cover. Keep it up! ❤️
Great reaction! I love this and was somewhat late finding it. Have to wear headphones to hear Avi the best. Mitch and all the rest - perfection! I didn't know the song from pre-PTX but this is one of my favorites by PTX.
I love to see how much you appreciate the sheer talent in each one of them. They really are amazing. Loved your reaction!
LOL!!! Kasian: I don't know who to look at, when or where
Me: also me....😁💕💕💕👌👍😆😆😆
Live and unedited! Love your reactions!
I just woke up and the first I did was watch this. Lmao, did not disappoint. Thank you for the morning boost
Thanks for this reaction, I enjoyed it
I love your reactions. I see you've been reacting to some Shoshana Bean, and you should definitely react to her collaborations with Scott on All to Me as well and Superfruit's (which is Scott and Mitch) Pop Goes Broadway. However, I have to say that her cover of "I did something bad" featuring Cynthia Erivo live is one of the best things... ever. If there was an olympic sport for synchronized riffing they would have won gold for this performance, and it's just so much fun. If you've never heard Cynthia sing, she has such a soulful and beautiful alto voice. Here's a link: ruclips.net/video/t0fMdYcC6cM/видео.html.
Check out La La Latch, it's a great mashup. What makes Pentatonix is several things, one the three have been together since middle school and two there are no weak links. They are willing to share the spotlight with each other and they love their fans and the fans reciprocate back.
more Pentatonix. 😀😀😀👍👍👍
One thing that always blows my mind that I don't often see mentioned is how in sync Avi and Kevin always were. If their timing wasn't so completely on point they wouldn't sound nearly as polished as they do. The trio were always very in sync but they had also been singing together for a fair while before they even started Pentatonix. Meat and Potatoes had to get it together and get it in sync almost at the last minute as without a good rhythm section you don't have a well rounded song. The talent always blows my mind.
LOVE your reaction. Couldn't wait for you to get to this one. Next, "No" Maghan Trainor cover. LOL.
The ending is a pair of old friends who know each other well enough to finish each other's sentences. That was .... words fail me.
Love your reactions. 💕
When i saw the notification i said "yas he reacted to gold bitch! Period!"
Kassi your face in the beginning is my life
Don't you just love it???? This one really shows the raw talent of each of them and is such a clear presentation of this song that really highlights each person's contribution. Further proof that Mitch is superhuman!
You need headphones to hear all of what is going on: the harmony the subtle back beat and the counter pionts.
Mind blowing!
MY NOTIFICATION WAS LATE!! ANYWAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UPLOADING ❤️❤️
Love the disbelief on your face! They are so amazing in this (but I must confess that I always get distracted by Scott’s knee-pathetic, I know!!). 💕
You should react to "Pentatonix popspring performance 2016" It includes 3 originals and The Evolution of Michal Jackson! High quality audio and they all sound great
I love seeing you get so excited about their performances! You always have really great things to say, too! Can't wait for your next PTX reaction! Have you done Say Something?
Great reaction. Thank you.
This was SO good live at their concert. Ugh... it was SO good.
As soon as the notification popped up for this I was so excited to see it, it's one of my favourites and I loved your reaction. Also I want to recommend a million videos to you but everyone else's suggestions are so good too.
Hey!! You should really listen to Scott Hoying doing "I should Tell Your Momma On Ya".. Its Solo, but his range is SICK!!
Also, for variety, you should get into Post Modern Jukebox. to start, go to Hailey Reinhart's "Creep" Cover
Sir, I don't know who you are, but you are FREAKING ADORABLE. I love your reactions, meaning your facial expressions and exclamations.
Great reaction my friend. You are spot on and you don’t miss a beat. Your ears are auto tone...Judy D
THANK YOU!!! I’ve been hoping for your reaction to this video since your very first Pentatonix reaction. You don’t disappoint! I think you would really, really enjoy post modern jukebox’s “creep“ and Chris Stapleton‘s “sometimes I cry“. Check them out!
This was a masterpiece, the arrangement was spectacular lol I mean Kevin sounded exactly like the snares and scratches smh insane
Amazing ... Happy Tuesday where u are
Please please react to Voctave “someone like you” or “the impossible dream “ or “ oh come all ye faithful”. All absolutely amazing
Seriously. I LOVE how genuine you are. ❤️
Somewhere over the rainbow by Pentatonix. Audio only but great. Use headphones afterwards.
If you want to see Mitch doing more vocals that seem impossible, check out their cover of Where Are U Now?
Always wear 🎧 when listening to acapella!! You are missing sooo much!
Perfect reaction. I see you post and I click. Bless.
Great reaction and LOVE the Stephen King collection
🌟YAAAAAAS!! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!! = P.E.R.F.E.C.T.I.O.N!!!🌟
It's a lot to take in all at once, isn't it? Definitely a favourite
Oh my, I sure wish you would get headphones. A whole new experience!
Try listening to Pentatonix with a good set of earphones! It will blow your mind...
Please react to Pentatonix “Wizard of AHs”. Unbelievable!!!!👍👍👍
I love your reactions. It's so enthusiastic! Please consider headphones though. It really helps hear all the parts equally, especially the bass.
I didn't know this song at all when this came out. I had to listen because everyone was making such a fuss. When I listened to the original i was even more dumbfounded. I mean their voices are amazing but as always, the genius of what they do is in the arrangement. It's really complex and beautiful. So much talent. And this makes me really miss Avi in PTX btw.
Oh this is a great reaction but please please PLEASE wear headphones!
Awesome reaction to an amazing cover!
Hi Kasian. All of these singers that came from Philippines had all a common ground or standard in singing. Which is the one and only Asia's SongBird Regine Velazquez. If you can, pleade do watch Miss Regine's What Kind Of Fool Am I. Shes sick there but she killed that song. Im a new subscriber btw and I marathoned your reaction vids. I also clicked the bell. If you can please listen to my suggestion. Thank you and stay safe 😊.
Another fun cover of theirs is I need you love by Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding, their live performance on the sing-off is amazing! It features everyone really nicely :)
Pentatonix cover of ride,by twenty pilots think you would love, all of them were awesome.
Their cover of Meghan Trainor's "No" would make you super happy, I think. And it would make me super happy to see you react to it. :D
Oh, ye of Little faith! Don't ever underestimate PTX or especially Mitch Grassi! Thanks, Kas!
Finally, a reactor who is familiar with the original song! Thank you for explaining WHY this performance is so amazing. Thank you for playing a clip of Kiiara, for the sake of those who don't know the original or just to refresh our memories. Great reaction! Just one little thing--when your reactions get explosive, could you try to stay away from the mic? I'm wearing headphones, and turned up the volume a bit to hear PTX better, and your enthusiasm was a little hard on my eardrums. Don't tone down! I love your emotion! Just...could you maintain a social distance from your microphone?
janetranslates I know exactly which bit you’re referring to because it made me jump when I was editing 😂 my apologies 😬 I’ll bear this in mind from now on!
@@kasianhyronne6387 Thank you! Thanks for this quick response. You're too sweet!
If you liked the last part of this song I could really recommend o'g3ne sing (beste zangers 2016) they are 3 sisters with incredible voices and they're very creative, I think you'd like them
Another good one is Radioactive by Pentatonix
I know this is crazy amazing. If you’re going to scream have the music volume higher, you just about caused me ear damage 😆🙉
Please react to Queen at live aid it is amazing!! Also you are my favourite reactor!!!
You should try using headphones when you react to än acapellagroup.
You would be amazed.😁
I troll the internet for good reactors to PTX it's so much fun.
Please react to Avi Kaplan new music. His tone in his higher ranges flows like honey in your ears.
