Vegetables are difficult for me but in many ways I‘m already close to your recommendations soon turning 70 and doing OK once a week in the bedroom. Thank you!
This is simple well-known traditional advice. Most cultures ate a traditional diet of grains, beans, seeds, fruits, vegetables, nuts as the mainstay of their diet, with smaller portions of meat, fish, eggs, dairy products. And, spawned from the hippie movement of the 60’s to some degree, many turned back to that natural diet. The biggest proponent of that system was the Macrobiotic diet which came to fame healing cancers, regaining health, fed in prisons to reduce violence. And, the United States even changed its food pyramid to make grains the staff of life once again. However, it seems as though many have flouted those principles and have returned to high protein, high fat, high sugar diets. Go and figure.
I have been exercising consistently, eating healthy, all these nuts etc since I'm 20 for the past 15 years and yet i don't get stiff erections. I believe i have a genetics problem.
So that's why iv had a 10 /10 hardon the last few days me and my missus ate a huge bowl full of pistachios a few days ago could that be it? I'm 33 years old and smoke I can struggle a lil sometime if I'm tired but it's been standing like Nelsons column the last few days
After having treated ten thousands of patients I developed the skill to identify smokers and heavy meat consumers just by looking at them and by overall medical examination. I am sorry to tell you that they are all in worse shape than the others. Maybe you are superhuman? Or you are just young. Then we’ll talk again in 30 years…
I've been worried about how my meat consumption might effect my body. I cook myself a 4 oz burger semi-daily for the zinc. I tried to force myself to choke down flaxseed, but I hate the taste.
Summary :
1) say No to Sugars
2) yes to Carbohydrates
3) Eat Fruits & Vegetables
4) eat Meat
5) nuts & fish
6) proteins
Almost! Meat should be restricted!!

I’m 31 and, thanks to these foods, I can get just as difficult as I was when I was 23.

Probably something else. There are many reasons for erectile dysfunction. And the mind is important, too.
