The clipper then limiter thing on the master buss was a gamechanger for me. All the sudden my mixes sounded pro. That real “up front” sound with brutally pounding rhythm section

Just bought the Clipper, what a beauty, so easy to use, does a fantastic job, and I love it! It's on the top of my favorite and definitly on of my best buy. 200% Satified.

I have held off buying BSA Clipper because I really didn't see or hear but a subtle difference. You just clarified it and sold me on it. You should get a cut :)

Where would you recommend placing the BSA Clipper in the mastering chain? - Just before the final limiter OR earlier on: before bus comp, EQ, etc? Thanks

Hi thanks for this video . I will like to which of the plugin comes first . Do you put the cliper before the limiter or the limiter before the clipper? Can I also use just the clipper to maximize my loudness without adding the limiter? Thank you sir

Thank YOU for watching! In this example BSA Clipper was first and then the limiter. You can use clipper to add loudness to your signal like you're asking, just adjust the input gain and you should be good. Here's a video that Shawn did where he does a very similar thing! ruclips.net/video/kfAIqcyIXBk/видео.html

I guess my only question is can it do the same thing as cleanly with a track that has vocals?
I think it sounds amazing on drums and gtr

    Hello there.
I just purchased your clipper. I wanted to offer some honest first feedback,
I really miss an Output Ceiling knob and some decent Output metering.
This is one of the very few if not the only Clipper I own that does not have this option. And I own a lot
I just tried it out and before touching it threw it on an audio clip and put a Meter after it to see what it happening.
At Default it left 0.1 db peaks go through. I am aware that there is not absolute safety but this plugin lacks a lot of metering flexibility.
If I lower the Threshold then the True peaks get lowered (which is logical) but the Gain Knob values does not correspond to the actual meter value.
If I use it on a clip that has TP at -0.1 to 0db and apply Clipping so I get a TP of - 3db shown in Youlean, I have to raise the Gain by 5 db in order to get anywhere near 0 db. Also did I say there is no Output indication really already?
I like the sound but this plugin feels incomplete to me if I need a meter after it just to see what levels I am getting and what it's going on.
Look at Standard Clip, Newfangled Saturate, The Clipper inside TDR 6 , Venn Audi V-Clip ,, the list goes on. All of them having output metering.
The reason why I am writing this is that your plugin is not even free or cheap so one can say "but it's free" as an argument.
For the asked price I find the GUI leaves room for improvement. Especially when used in conjunction with the term "Mastering"
I hope you bring out an updated version soon.
