Canon Prof James Woodward's second lecture from the Transforming Worship South West on-line colloquium on the Spirituality of Ageing, which took place on Wednesday, 26 June. James is currently serving as Principal of Sarum College, Salisbury, and is an authority on health and healing, Christian ethics, old-age, theological reflection and end-of-life care, and during our colloquium he led us through an exploration of his several decades of research and reflection on the nature of ageing, before offering some challenging and inspiring reflection on how, as planners and leaders of worship, we could do better in our thinking about worship with and for those entering the third and fourth ages.
