    On 24/05/2022 my 2.4k time was 13:52 and now on 05/07/2022 it’s 11:19, all I done was push myself harder, run more often and invest in some good running shoes!

    Hey again, currently got 4 weeks till test, doing 5-6km slow run. 400m intervals like you said and then I test my self on 2.4 I do weights twice a week too and eating clean. Should I continue with this or could I buy a plan of you?

    Thanks for the video stared 2nd nov couldn't run 100m. Now running 2.4km in 12.20 need
    Under 12 mins for my police test shortly, any tips! Thaks heaps

      Have a good mix of run training for your week. Especially do long slow distance running of 60min or more along with intervals. Choose either 400m or 1km intervals and run 4-5km total at a faster pace than you want to run your 2.4k. Make sure the time is consistent across all intervals. 1:1 work/rest. 1k intervals only take 3min rest.
