Enjoyed your reactions. Long time listener to Björk and this album I had when I was a teenager. Hyperballad is still my favourite song ever. She has done many different version ms and arrangements of it since and it still gets me. Your observations are great and interesting for someone who has known this music for so long to see what fresh ears think or notice. Helps me appreciate it again.
Awesome to watch someone discover this woman’s amazing discography. Post is where Björk really came into her own for the first time. It only gets more ambitious from here. Homogenic is my personal favorite, but there are a LOT of gems to discover on every album. Thanks for sharing your reactions!
We can tell a difference from debut right away I think, Bjork albums always tend to reflect or discard something from the last album, I can see her as more aggressive and imposing in this, army of me is very addictive even for non fans I think (I always get addicted regardless though, right now I can’t stop listening to ovule and fungal city) Your opinion is not always the same as mine, maybe because you are more knowledgeable and critical, i think “possibly maybe” is so atmospheric and “I miss you” is so cathartic, they dominated my angsty teenage heart, I took a while to get into “hyper-balad” but now it’s one of my favorites. Side note, you are really cute jamming
my ratings and opinions are not really that important :) the most important thing is just enjoying listening to the art that was created and the way the artist intends to convey their music ^^ also i love just jamming to some great music haha :D
Can't help it but to laugh. At 14:54 min in your video, the background of the album cover and where you are standing in front. It feels like Bjork's black hair is the continuity of your red hair. 🤣🤣🤣
In the early 2000s a hip hop album came out called original pirate material by the streets. Very worth listening to. It captured a moment about life in the UK underground at that time.
@@luggareviews bjork's fifth album medulla is somewhat thematically related to fossora as it was made at the time when she had her daughter around 2005 and it is made up of only the human voice very great concept album 👍 you'll see it eventually
@@luggareviews You’re fine. All the reactors have a certain number of people that complain because they don’t understand that the concept of a reaction video is to watch your reaction and hear your thoughts. If you didn’t pause you’d be talking over the music (and you’d miss things) or if you wait until the end, you’d forget most of your thoughts.
@@ROArecords2 thank you for understanding but I also see the frustration if there is a buildup coming or something and I kinda missed it so in future I will go 10 seconds back or somthing :)
Cute reaction to It's Oh So Quiet 😅
Haha yeah that one hit me offguard 😅
It only gets better from here with Homogenic and Vespertine. This is a great album though, hyperballad is one of her best tracks
I mean it would be huge if it just gets better from here because this album was really amazing :o
Your face reactions on "It's Oh! SO quiet!" were priceless! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
your reactions are great, they're so detailed and it seems like you care about understanding björk's art

I love the way you talk about Bjork's music you really get her music, you have a beautiful mind and great taste in music.
Saw her on this tour, and it was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen.
you need to watch the music video for its oh so quiet

I absolutely love Isobel. Something about it just makes me close my eyes and sway. It's mesmerising
I strongly suggest that you listen to the live versions of each album in your own free time ofc, nice reactions!
Love this album but björk gets more experimental and cohesive with her compositions and thoughts from here on can't wait for homogenic!!
I was wondering how her discography could evolve into Fossora so there had to happen a lot inbetween ^^
really looking forward reacting to Homogenic!

Wait till you hear homogenic 🥹
She has a lot of monumental bangers
you really need to check it's oh so quiet live where she goes dolphin mode
PRIMEIRO ÁLBUM DA HISTÓRIA
You will LOVE Homogenic 🥺
100th Like. This means Bjork sends me one of her Icelandic fish spoons and a drawing of a cat.
The Lucy remix of Possibly Maybe is much more interesting!
u r cute
Dont pause so much tho 😫
i'm sorry haha i don't want to talk while the music plays and also don't want to forget my thoughts while listening :)

It’s all gibberish on Modern things tho, these transcription are bs
ah alright there was some gibberish on debut too but I won't understand both lmao
No they're not björk does sometimes says adlibs in Icelandic but you don't really need to know what she's saying it's mostly for the feels
One of my favorite albums from Björk. When artists meshed genres together during that era.
