"I'm so...startled."
I want to see a Universal Studios ride of this movie.....
Everyone Gangsta until the head of the statue of liberty come flying into the city
Imagine a video game being like this while wearing the oculus rift
yeah THAT WOULD BE EPICCCCCCCC
oh shiiiit
I would’ve shout “OH MY GOD!” to every moment in that kind of game
Tbh, id find it more entertaining to be the clover.
Yes they should
I love how Hudson is technically us and we see through him we know what he knows and every other character misses it and keeps stress high in the plot.
Notice how Rob’s brother said in the beginning before this whole tragic mess happened to his brother, “Forget the world & hang to the people that you care about the most.” 👦🏻🌏
This is honestly one of the most realistic found-footage films I've ever seen.
0:20 By all means, make sure you pick up the camera. Because that's the most important thing amid such a crisis
Wouldn't be much of a movie if he didn't
Well to be fair huds wants to film this
The thing that made Cloverfield unique and memorable is the lack of a happy ending, a resolution. Because most movies are like that.
And just imagine..if some Japanese mining company hadn't been out there poking around this never would have happened.Hell...they probably stabbed him in his ass with there mining equipment and he went on a rampage.I know i would.
Waking up a monster with an ass pounding is not a good idea
Hahahahaha
+Foxdie2014 especially a toddler one.
Lmao I love you
I love you too ;)
One second: OH MY GOD
Then: everyone whips out phone to take pics 😂
It is weird that my family and I watched this on Christmas?. I remember I couldn't eat properly because I was focused on watching😂
1:18 just stand there and record
like don't run at all!
Who's here from 10 cloverfield lane?
Me
Me
just sort of recapping
just got done watching. Awesome video. Goodman is perfect.
Me and it's scary to think of it
I believe this movie and the 2005 King Kong with Jack Black are the two most underrated movies ever.
0:54 R.I.P The Statue Of Liberty (1886-2008)
1:03
*OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!*
Blud was completely flabbergasted (understandably so)
This movie was VARY scary to me because it actually looks like found footage
It looks like it was taken from real life
+DustyLOLPATRICK It would look even more real when you watch it on an HDTV.
That's how good this movie is
I agree
That’s the point. Abrams was brilliant creating this movie
Sequel announced 🔥
Hell yeah I heard
Can’t wait they making sequel to original cloverfield
@@1326evolvedGodzilla Sadly they will not use the "found footage" style of this version, too bad, it made the movie look realistic
@MahomesIsTheGoat 15 you must not know what a sequel is... All the other films so far happened indirectly from 2008' story. It's gonna be the 4th movie, but it'll be the first that is an actual direct sequel to the first film.
Cloverfield is such an underrated monster
*The head of Liberty land*
Liberty: Am I late for the party *-:D-*
This would be the best movie to watch in the theater
I like how they made a "found footage" film for a film with the theme of giant monster attacking the city. It makes it more stressful
"OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!"
Starscream LOL I find that part OH MY GOD hilarious LOL
Red I know right
That should be a woman scream like that. Not a man!😂 because it sounds funny😂
That part was heavily played in the preview lol
@Rick Sanchez really
To me it didn't
But it's still awesome
I would have been like "How can you keep filming at a time like this?!" and if he still was then I would have said "Will you quit filming already?!" and destroyed the camera.
Im pretty sure that almost happened. Excluding the breaking of the camera
As hud said in the movie (this is going to be important people are going to watch this) hud wanted to document so people could know again like hud said in the movie ( people are going to want to know how it all went down) and hud stuck to it and last thing on the blu ray for the movie it says That hud was rearward with a award for his bravery in documenting the events sad that he never got to see it doh
What would your problem be though?
@@CrazyIshan69 The person with the camera never survives.
@@shaneyzamora2525I think that being filmed is the last of these people's concerns in a time like this.
Disaster is happening all around you: *P A N I C.*
You realize that you're the cameraman in the movie: *C A L M.*
It's a found footage film: *_P A N I C._*
For me, this is probably the most disturbing moment in the entire movie.
Now I feel like watching it again.
I just LOVE how the Woolworth Building (1:40) is so damn close to the Chrysler building (1:37), and of course, how they stop panicking to take some pics LOL...
Just watched this today with my dad for the first time. Definitely one of Abram’s best movies! 👏👏👏
“OH MY GOD!” the Movie.
Love the look of 2007 - 2010 found footage movies, just the grainy look
I watched this when i was 6, thats when my love for horror and these kind of movies started. I'm so glad i know about this movie and can look back on it
1:57 Look a bag of doritos. I can't believe no one takes them.
This is the monster film that many folks started talking more about giant movie monsters again. I learnt that from Cinemassacre’s Top 10 Giant Movie Monsters.
Unfortunately many of the characters made me cheer for the monster
This movie is freaking amazing
1:04 Im laughing because of the guys screaming OH MY GOD!!!
Yeah i guess it's hilarious how at the end all suppossedly atheists shout out "OH MY GOD!!!" ;P
that was the producer bryan burk lmao
Matt Reeves in the making of this movie in 2007 looking like a 25 years old guy
Cloverfield: “OFF WITH HER HEAD!”
Where's Gipsy Danger when we need him?... ^_^
But godzilla started the monster genre so therefor he is king of all monstors
where is eva 01!!!???!!!
RobloxianKid535
One - In a world without any kaiju hunting robot, sure a thing like Cloverfield seems unkillable even "by atom bombs".
Two - Only trolls, bigots & underaged kids are using homophobic slurs such as "faggot". Wich one are you?
gipsy danger is a girl.
also, to that one saying clover cannot be killed by an atomic bomb, word of god (JJ Abraham) said that clover was killed by the atomic bombs dropped at the end.
The part where they hid inside a convenience store really happened in real life. During 911, when one of the towers collapsed, a cameraman ran inside a convenience store before the smoke and debris hit.
I love these type of scenes so much for no reason...
