Even if they use a star similar to our star in the depiction (a small main sequence star), his palm alone is larger than 1.4 million km. So either Arishem is millions of kilometers tall or has the ability to greatly increase his size for the purposes of creating stars. So either 100,000km is way far off the mark, or his size manipulation powers make his 'size' meaningless as he can become whatever size he needs to be for the occassion.
Given that he appears next to Earth in the mid-credits scene, it's almost certain that he has size-shifting powers. Also, given that he doesn't fatally disrupt Earth's tides, and he warps out via black hole, he also appears to have gravity-manipulating powers.

I feel that Slatter and The Karathen's character designs were heavily inspired by the Sea Dragon Leviathan/Sea Emperor Leviathan from Subnautica. It could just be a coincidence, and I could be wrong because I've never watched their respective movies, and I don't know if Subnautica was released before their movies, but I think they look a little too similar for it to be a coincidence.

Even though the Ethernals was one of the worst MCU movies, the reveal of the Celestial was still so freaking cool. Something that still bothers me to this day is how not a single movie or show in the MCU after Ethernals even brought up the colossal being, yes we get a brief newspaper article on the Celestial the Ethernals defeated in She Hulk, but that one was much smaller than the one at the end.
