With the abrupt ending to Shin Godzilla, a creature that showed so much promise for total annihilation, the audience was left with an itch for more. The movie which was made in an unofficial protest towards the slow reaction regarding the Fukushima nuclear disaster, focused again on Godzilla emerging from the ocean to destroy Japan, and this time it was a different take on the kaiju. Shin Godzilla was evolution incarnate, he was supposedly an ancient sea lifeform that was exposed to radiation and radioactive wastes dumped by the US and he kept on evolving until he became the 118.5 meter tall Kaiju.
According to The Art of Shin Godzilla and several other official publications, the fourth form was merely a beginning "baby" and Godzilla would continue to evolve. Future forms and consequences of this have been noted, and it was pointed that extinction on the subcellular scale is necessary to defeat Godzilla and that the blood coagulant was just a temporary measure, something that was easly overcome by Godzilla who was evolution itself. So in this video we will discuss all the 8 forms that Shin Godzilla was theorized to have and by the end, it will leave you shocked as to what he will become. Lets go step by step till we get to the final stage 8.

Shin godzilla is a tragic monster. The lyrics have a lot of meaning behind them...shin wanted to die, his mind wanted to stop, but his body told him to keep moving, kill all who oppose, they are in the wrong, its their fault. He wanted to stop, he wanted to die, he wanted to go back to his life before being exposed to radiation, and mutating. All this is proved in the lyrics, He was afraid to be forgeted, his body told him to keep moving, to strike fear into japan, so he would never be forgotten. He was distressed, his roars were cries for help, for salvation to kill him, he felt pain just from breathing, being alive pained him, he did all this just to numb the pain, his suffering.

I feel like the guy who was writing about shin in the movie who went missing was in some way cultivating shin while also documenting his natural evolutions, sort of like how you would raise a child; teaching them and guiding them in a certain general direction, but still letting them grow on their own, so that shin, at least in his earlier stages, wouldn't be too much for humanity to deal with, so that they could potentially learn of their mistakes, but like a child entering adulthood, the scientist couldn't stop shin from evolving into something impossible for humanity to stop, or even do anything about

I think it kinda works against the idea of Godzilla just getting bigger and bigger. If it came down to that, Godzilla would be less of one big entity, and more of a faction or race/species of creatures.
They are simply part of him that better allows for colonisation, the smaller they are the more he could make, they'd be able to enter subways and tunnels he couldn't access, he would still be there while they'd do his bidding across the globe

While I wanted to see the other forms, I think it's great that hey stopped at 4 and only showed a glimpse of 5. I like the "fight fire with fire concept" where 5 becomes a legion to fight humans, but removing the pain makes him less impactful. Shin Godzilla is now famously known for his constant suffering and I think it's good that they kept him that way.
I just want his pain to stop, though
It's a morbid thought but it's the concept that pain is the motivation to evolve makes Shin Godzilla so impactful. Taking away the pain therefore will take away the need to evolve further.

I would LOVE a Shin Godzilla 2 where we get to see the rest of Godzilla’s evolution into the final boss of the universe. Showing the evolutionary line of Goji in the first movie allows all sorts of crazier forms to stem from those blueprints. The 4th form is good, but it could be better, especially if they stuck with the concept of making the perfect organism- humanoid or otherwise. I personally like the reptilian look of Big G, but a fifth form with longer arms, thumbs, maybe a few extra joints for increased mobility (and some freaky movements) and some kind of protective skin or even acidic secretions would be really, really cool. Form 1 = tiny random tadpole
Form 8 = giant god that has taken control of the whole universe and has created his own reality and is immortal
Well that f..king escalated so quickly
I hope there will be a sequel
*god noises*
I don't think a at least 20m big tadpole is considered small.
Fun fact: Shin Godzilla never wanted to cause harm. He was just in pain, and in agony due of the radiation burning his skin, and/or his constant evolving. He only retaliated because they were firing missiles at him.
9th form: become an egg again. And the cycle goes on.
Wouldn't it die since it would be on land
@@megagyraswampx9239 yes but those are on water will evolve again and again and again and multiply and evolve again and again and repeat. Others will die and others will live
This video seems familiar 🤔
Uh who are you?(yes I know I should be proud to be the first person to comment on him but I mean...sorry?)
Doggo Mode The dude he took this video idea from lol
DangerVille I like you but please don’t start this shit
Oh
Mr mayhem The barbarian Not starting anything, just pointing out the similarities between videos.
5th form look way too similar to xenomorph
Alex Mercer in a corner somewhere: *WRITE THAT DOWN WRITE THAT DOWN* ✍
Aye, a prototype fan
Sea creature: **accidentally choke toxic waste and became a monster**
5 year old kid: mom I want toxic waste
5 yr old child 8 forms later: "BOW BEFORE YOUR NEW GOD!"
@@internetjerk2839 some random guy uses a drop kick
child in 8th form : dies
lets all be honest,
if shin godzilla was still alive for even a few more minutes in the movie
he would've been a HUGE problem...literally
I can’t be the only one likes shin Godzilla (both the movie and the Godzilla in it)
Nice new pfp
Have you seen the reviews for this movie of course your not alone?
Cool wait my cat is woofing
Back my cat ate a dog
KaijusaurusG2K indeed
Shin godzilla is awesome.
Shin is the true definition of Creepypasta~ 😱
Godzilla: This isn't even my final form!
*Frieza would like to know your location*
Frieza is weak,Godzilla is god
@@dreepy7130 Godzilla in hell be like
You weakling
G-Fandom: Oh my god, we NEED a sequ-!
Toho: No
Youchuber : pls subscri...
Me : no...
Well i mean the sequel would be basically shin just evolving till the point that humanity can do shish and just watches as shin destroys everything or maybe just escape from earth
@@Savajj_nahold Exactly, and that's what G-Fans want! Shin is easily the most creative/unique version of Godzilla and the only one that hasn't got a sequel. It would be epic to see all of Shin's other forms in action and watch him reach his full potential by becoming an entire friggin universe!
@@redguirus eh speak for your self.
@@judgedredd2039 Seriously?
This version of Godzilla really puts the God in Zilla.
And Godzilla 1998 takes away the god
You are god Mao, you are god.
It's always fun how film portrays Radiation as some dangerous miracle thing that gives crazy powers... When really it's just the definition of decay in it's purest form.
“But can he beat Goku tho?”
''But can he beat giorno tho?''
Hmm,I wonder what would it be if a giant indestructable radioactive lizard and a teen who hates drug and have reality bending ability fight.
@@hadihafiizh3523 lizard god you mean?
Maybe its not lile goku can destroy shin interely before he envolves into a even more stronger being probably even more than goku but yeah he would just probably die but resuming "maybe"
@@YgoS.S.O Nice explanation, but i think the comment is reffering to the ''But can it beat (insert character)?''
Shin Godzilla is like that one sibling that proved to be different from all the others in the family.
would love to see these ideas used sometime. hopefully in a sequel to this movie, if that ever happens
" and was crawling without purpose or direction" lmao so me
* Tadpole eats nuclear waste *
*I AM NOW A UNIVERSE!!!!*
"You fools, this isn't even my final form."
Shin Godzilla: "I have no final form."
Ok so he went from Kaiju to Tyranid
Are you a Godzilla?
Shin: well yes but actually no
The “shin six” form looks like something from your nightmares
I'm glad that they stopped where they did then. All of these further "evolutions" are basically abandoning the spicy lizard we all love in favor of something that is not.
@kulturpyro LOL that's a way to put it
To honestly don’t get this statement in one of the movies he becomes a literal god💀
@@jadedemperor2820 Can you rephrase that? Also, which movie...?
@@CthulhuTheory Well definitely not Godzilla 1998
Glad I'm not the only one who feels the same way about the "Further Evolutions." They just don't feel like Godzilla, but something more on the line of the Cthulhu Mythos.
Other Godzilla : haha i destroy entire city/country
Shin Godzilla : i create the universe and become a god
