It took about 25 staff including myself to prep, cook and deliver the food to the location, and it was exhausting. I can only imagine the resilience and dedication of Chef Lex and Chef Joy to do this with only two pairs of hands. Truly an inspiration and this video doesn't fully capture the mental and physical demand for what they have to do. These two got my upmost respect.

Wow respect bro, I'm a chef and at one point me and 2 other chefs were doing 400 meals a day for the homeless and vulnerable, we had transit vans full. It was killing us, as all charity work goes funding ran out and we stopped and businesses is back to normal 50 meals a day lol It was a massive learning experience.

This falsely assumes only one camera operator was involved in the production. This isn't journalism, it's a PR packet meant to get you interested in the NBA and feel like they're taking CoVID-19 seriously.
The NBA in conjuction with Disney use their own media communications (marketing) department camera operators to film inside the different zones.
There are operators in each of the zones because operators filming games have to be housed under the same quarantine zone as players and referees otherwise a transmission pathway is formed.
So the camera operator is changing throughout these shots. The shots are then sent to BI who do some minor editing and narration.
