kinda wish they used the pit wall as I was curious how that would effect grappling
wait until they invite some Russian grapplers lol. They might (comparatively) suck in pure submission skills, but I bet they can get more mileage out of the pit walls. Otherwise, invite Kade Ruotolo. He also knows how to use them as well.

I like this idea. I’m wondering if the pit should be a bit smaller so the practitioners would have more chances to pressure opponents up against the wall. Would be cool to see how BJJ is affected by that environment.
That stuff would never work in MMA or a street fight, but Helena is good at what she does.
Yeah and that’s why almost every pro mma fighter also train in bjj and wresting 🤓

I was actually at this event here in miami my own backyard and had the pleasure of meeting that girl if she sticks to submission fighting or judo and stay away from mma I think she could be very successful if she stays away from mma.

@@hfhfhdchcuud9512 this two martial arts you mentioned are 80% useless I am saying that because I did karate to. And Jiu Jitsu is very effective martial art but as sport they do not use kicks and punches. So it is restricted form of fighting like wrestling or Judo with difference that is focused on submission.

Nah Karate Combat doesn't need grappling. We have enough with the takedowns during KC fights and now you are adding grappling matches 👎
The way I look at it, is the more events you can add without taking other ones away brings a bigger audience and more views 🤷♂️

@@PhinTheShoto I did traditional karate for 10 years and karate is great for discipline but to many ceremonial practices and unnatural and impractical stands as well moves made me to feel like I wasted lots of time. Simply said you should train techniques as you will use it at competition. That is where boxing, wrestling and Jiu Jitsy are doing correct. Karate Combat I see as form of MMA . It have kicking and punching and that part is easy to understand for anyone. But if you make competition where you shouldn't do that but your goal is to make your opponent to give up with technique that can be very painful than you have to know much more than just punching or kicking.

it is set of skills that can brake almost any bone in your body and dislocate almost every joint also put you to sleep and if needed take you to haven. Other punching and kicking fights are mostly damaging your skin. I hope that will help you understand.
