How to replace 1970s single arm casement window operator (Truth hardware 23 series)

Wanted to make this video since it took me a long time to figure this out...and I've yet to see anyone upload a solution for this type of window.
I have a house from 1975 and many houses from this time period have Truth hardware window operators (23 series). Some of these older operators require you to remove the track, but my track had no screws in it. For these older windows, the notch where you pop out the operator arm is close to the hinge of the window, you'll see a circle shaped groove in the track. Modern windows have the notch where you pop it out in the middle of the track, from what I've seen.
