Answered for me @ 0:32 'File Transfer' NOT 'transfer photos',
like I had been trying, which is how we transfer from phone to laptop/pc,
not pc to phone.
NOTE; Moto E5 , you won't find the photo unless you first
look in your library or libraries if you have multiple,
is the best I can figure, after I looked in my library, it then also
showed in photos when I tried to send to another phone.
