I loved this video!I want to share with you my personal tradition of singing " Old Cape Cod" ( the Patty Page version) every time we go over the Cape Cod Canal. I'm just passing it along since you like traditions. You two are a great couple, and it shows!
What a fun Vlog. I love road trips. When you stopped in Savannah, I thought you would be spending the night at an Inn. But once you showed the views, I understood why he stayed in that amazing hotel. It all made sense when you explain later in the video that you tried lots of different types of accommodations. You guys are very funny and entertaining. I especially enjoyed this one! 😄👍
Thank you so much, Steve! We are glad you are enjoying our content as much as we enjoy yours! We are newbies though - still a lot to learn and a long way to go!
Just found your channel this morning, subscribed, and binge watched all the episodes in order until this one. Live in Connecticut with my husband and Provincetown is our happy place, as it is for so many. Even though we just spent a week there this past Labor Day weekend, I got emotional watching your arrival on Rte 6 and clearing the hill in North Truro! It always gets me. Look forward to following your story!
We are so glad you found us! Yes - I spent our entire trip back thinking “I’ve GOT to get that shot as we come off that hill!” Everyone who loves Provincetown anticipates that moment in their drive!
Well I really enjoyed our marathon drive to Ptown. Savannah looks fascinating and if as you say it's a little Boston, it has to be fab. Thanks for ride!
So glad you enjoyed it! We will do another when this season is over and we head back south. If you've never visited Savannah we definitely recommend it!
Hey Curtis and Cory, just wanted to say I absolutely love your channel and have watched all you videos and shorts. I so get a kick out of you both. I so love Savannah, my husband is from there and we have friends down that we visit all the time and we stay at the Andaz just across from Sorry Charlie’s and I also love there oysters OMG. Your inn’s are so beautiful and I would so love to stay at one of them when I get to Ptown for the first time. I hope you guys are having a great season. Also you both are so handsome. I cant wait for your next video. You both take care and be safe. Big Bear Hugs and much Love from Birmingham, AL 🐻🤗.
Oh Dustin! How can we express how much your sweet comment meant to us? It sounds like we are cut from the same cloth. It would be fun to someday meet at Sorry Charlies for oysters! You be safe too, and InnDaddies hugs to you and your hubby! ❤️❤️❤️
@@inndaddies Hey guys. That would be sooooo amazing to meet up with you both and hang out and let stories. Currently hubby and I are gearing up to head to Paris for the summer Olympics also going to Poland and Croatia. Hope you both have a great night. BIG BEAR HUGS and much love.🐻🤗
Wow…in danbury, conn., I worked a co op job through Northeastern, at Fairfield Hills State Hospital, in Newtown…the next town. You folks should see the hospital because it is in the the national register. Good video.
I just found you guys. So fun. We spent many vacations in P town from the Berkshires in Western Mass. . I had friends in high school whose family has a home there right on the Ptown town line, and knew back then that was the place for me. We did tea dances of course. Now at age 72, I hope to get there one more time. Thanks for this ! (I love to drive too) Bill
Great road trip. I agree with going the inland route to avoid the I 95 corridor. All the way from Richmond through Conn it can be miserable. I live in Harrisburg and know all kinds of alternate routes to get to P Town.
Do share! We go over the Mario Cuomo bridge, through New Hartford, up to Worcester, and then to the Cape. If you have any other idea of routes we should try let us know! Thanks!
Well, I did it! Binged watched this afternoon since subscribing today and I'm all caught up. The trip north on 95 you gotta love, or not. Glad you have some places in Richmond you like (Va guy here) to stop and stay sometimes. You both are very good together, and make a nice couple. Enjoying your videos. I sure hope you keep 'em coming. Maybe I'll get up there for a stay. I need some R&R in a place near the ocean, quaint atmosphere, and a good place to be around smaller crowds. My growing up to around 2011 my go to place for a beachy atmosphere would always be OBX, Rodanthe or Cape Hatteras. California, well, to many to mention, but Laguna Beach probably #1 back when. Nice to meet you guys!
Wow - you binged us! LOL! We actually love Virginia, and in an alternate reality could see ourselves living there. Ocean, quaint atmosphere, smaller crowds - that describes Provincetown in the off-season. I think you would love it here in September - that would be my advice to you. In the summer there can crowds (as you will see in future episodes)!
You guys are wonderful. I noticed 7 Central last year when we were in PTOWN and told my husband this looks like a wonderful place. I hope to see you guys when we are in PTOWN in August.
Hi y'all I've now caught up. I love your sense of humor and how you are as a couple.I know no one shows the other side but you are cute together. I enjoyed the trip. Have you ever gone out to Tybee when you're in Savannah? I look forward to your next video. All the best from Houston
Yes! We have driven out to Tybee. I would like to explore it more because we didn’t get much time there. Thanks so much for watching the episodes. A new one every Sunday!
Made that drive up and down on 95 for many years. We also made a long trip out of it, stopping along the way……my husband also did all the driving, which was fine with me…..hate driving. We lived on the west coast of Florida for 15 years, originally from N.Y. We recently relocated back up north, but now living in Connecticut. Weather is much nicer in the summer 😎 getting used to the winters, which actually haven’t been so bad….yet 🙄 lol.
Once you cross the bridge, the drive is boring as hell .. You don’t see anything till you get around Turo (did I spell it right?) But first seeing the tower in the distance, the excitement begins !
I have to see every single antique mall on my trips. My husband has given in to that. I have him well trained. Just subscribed. I’ve lived in Hawaii and South Florida. In Atlanta now. I’ve never been to P-Town, but literally everywhere else.
Hi Robert! It's a nice hotel in a perfect location, isn't it? They had a bit trouble immediately after Covid (who didn't?), so we stayed elsewhere for a little while, but happy to say this past visit was wonderful. It's back to it's past quality.
Probably cleaning people's hair. You two are so easy going, I would have been dropped off at the first airport in FL or thrown out of the car by the driver before the FL/GA line. lol
Yes! We looked into it and will try it one day, but we do like going to boutique hotels and guesthouses along the way, to see what other businesses are doing.
Hello from Indiana! I just found you this evening, and enjoy your vlog. I am a lover of P-town. But also a lover of Lexington, VA (I was there in November). And I must correct Curtis. It's Washington-Lee University, not VA Tech, that sits next-door to VMI.🏳️🌈
All i can say is…. Ask questions Ask questions Ask questions If you can’t find your coffee?? AQ If you can’t fringe your kombucha. AQ Do you have real dinner food at the hotel. AQ God gave u a mouth……. Use it!!!!!! Lol
I thought this would be the most boring video ever but 30 minutes later I still wanted more. Your good natures always make me feel good, thank you.
Ahahaha! We are so happy that you enjoyed it!
You two are adorable! And always make it work!
Thank you!!

Thank you! Have to admit that song goes through our head frequently too! We would like to use it occasionally in the vlog, but it would cost $$.

Very nice of you to say! I’m glad we made a good impression, even just when walking by! Keep your eye out for us and say hello!
will do
From Danbury to Ptown in 4 hours? No way! But however long it really takes, it’s worth it. You’re home.
Well, “about 4 hours”. LOL. Thanks for watching!
Love the Cape and Ptown. No place like home.
We completely agree!
"Thank you for riding!" . . . another classic piece of InnDaddies merch? Perhaps a bumperstickr or t-shirt? lol

You re SO right! And it's Truro (but most people don't pronounce the "r").
Just discovered you guys! Great format and informative content. Looking forward to staying with you…someday. Peace❤

@@inndaddieslol he started knowing nothing about antiques…. 33 years together and now he’s an expert.
That’s a long ass drive. I couldn’t do it. I’d have to stop and shop!
Right? Shopping along the way m makes it memorable and fun!
Was Curt a truck driver in his previous life? Sounds like my husband when we travel.
Ahahahaha! No, but he did have to drive a great deal in his past jobs. He is a very good driver!
I disagree about the hairs. You found it. They could have too. Dry vacuum every crevice and then wet clean. Inspect.
Simple.
