@@CountryBoy-dm2uj I love bull riding and bronco and all that other stuff but to be honest play stupid games win stupid prizes. Not saying it's a dumb game but you know what you are getting into.
This was such a good movie and it’s still one of my favorites. The ending is sad and really heartbreaking. Luke Perry God rest his soul did an excellent job portraying Lane. I never seen him when he rode but this guy was definitely a man born to ride. He had so much more he could’ve gave but fate didn’t allow that. I think God needed another Angel in heaven. My only complaint with this movie is there is not one mention of Lane being a Christian. I have seen interviews of his parents and his mother has stated he became a born again Christian sometime before he passed. That should’ve been made mentioned since it was in fact about his life!!!! R.I.P. Lane. We miss you❤️❤️❤️😢🙏🙏🙏
Oh my goodness I would of probably cry more if they started talking about god, but hopefully we all will get to see him someday. And when we do it is going to be a dream come true!
Perhaps they thought more people would be interested in this movie if they *didn’t* mention Lane’s religion? Just a thought, since I know religion can be a definite turnoff for many, especially if they don’t ascribe to the beliefs of that particular religion themselves.
I watched this movie so many times as a kid growing up!! Was hooked! It breaks my heart we now lost both of them, the actor here passed away of a heart attack I believe like 3 yrs ago. I never knew his kids were the band perry either till he passed... crazy. He was a great actor and person I'm sure!! I cried everytime I watched this, I grew up with a single mother of 3 daughters and me...so yeah lol.
Just FYI: While it’s true that The Band Perry *is* made up of siblings, none of them are Luke Perry’s children. Luke Perry’s kids are named Jack and Sophie. The Band Perry is comprised of siblings Kimberly, Reid, and Neil. Other than that, I agree with your comment! 😉😉😉
I remember seeing the actual video back in the day of how this how all happened. I was in 4th grade at the time. R.I.P. brother Lane. You're the best 👍
A beautiful telling of Lane Frost's life. And Luke Perry did a wonderful job in portraying Lane. I just noticed that they have the exact same number of letters in their first and last names. How ironic.
I told myself I wasn't ever going to watch this. I told myself I WASN'T EVER GOING TO WATCH THE ACTUAL FOOTAGE OF LANE. I woke up at 3:30 this morning to add an extra hour of me time before work. Well, I watched both. The scene when Lanes Father, just sitting there with the familiar blank & lost state was spot on. My son Sam was getting the mail to see if his Xbox magazine arrived in the mail in 2003. Sams next breath was his last after being hit by a out of control car going 70mph trying to take a 90dgr turn. God gave me the gift of letting hold my bloodied unrecognizable boy as I tried to find the pieces of his face, kissing him, whispering in his ear, "Sam, it's me." "Moms got you, can you hear the sirens?" "I can see the lifeflight helicopter, everyone's coming Sam, I know you're gone." "I'll never let you go until they drag me away from you, even then, I'll never let go." Almost 20 years now. I'm still hanging on day after day. Sam rode his 1st horse at 7 years old. He took to it like a fish in water. Sam was 13 years old. You may not see Gods "gift" but when it's the very last time you know you'll hold your child, it's a gift. I love you boy. ❤️😘🤠 Love, Mom
I cried watching this clip I cried so much that my eyes hurted so bad and my face started turning red Rest in peace lane frost and red rock we miss you both
It can be the saddest movie ever and I will not cry. Like i am heartless but when I watch 8 seconds whoa boy it is a emotional wreck. I guess it is because I love rodeo so much and the tragedy of lane not being here today and not being able to teach kids and the fact he never real got to live his life that he want.😭 and he was only 25!!😭😭
I don’t remember this movie at all, but my mom was talking about it the other day with my family and she said that when I was little and we watched this I would burst out crying, I didn’t even know this existed until then.
Ohmigosh ‼️ I watched this on vhs, and watching again is still heartbreaking. But having seen the last decade & the protections developed -- it seems _____ to look back to before protection. (I can't even think of a word for it)

Ok, I’m a nobody, my opinion on this doesn’t matter, 1st greatest movie ever made, but I don’t really think they did that ride justice, they made the bullfighters look like they were just awe full and wouldn’t sacrifice themselves for lane, in all reality they tried too, but the bull never lined up like that it was too fast for the bullfighters to do anything about it.
I honestly don't think a movie has ever, or will ever again, break my heart like this one did.
I know me too. I cryed my eyes out. So sad. RIP LANE

Totally agree

While the pain of Lane's wife is hard, it's his father trying to remember if he told Lane he loved him before his death that gets me.
Sooo true man. That really hit me hard. Lanes dad 😢
That’s a part of the movie that’s false. It’s on record his parents didn’t like that and his dad told him he loved him all the time
In real life his wife was remarried and pregnant in less than 5 years.
The dad scene and Tuffs ride, makes your allergies act up.
Yup, I need some benadryl or something because mine are really acting up...
