i just wanted to say that u actually helped me stop tracking calories!!! by just stopping tracking fruit & veg like you i started to be more flexible with it & eventually realised how unhealthy my obsession had become. thank you :)
I feel like im eating 2000 calories a day (weight train 4xs a week and 2x5km runs a week) and im still SO hungry, I have no idea how I could survive on 1600. Do you have any tips for feeling full? And are you left feeling hungry but just ignore it? Or do you actually feel full? I feel like theres something wrong with me

With calories its pretty impossible to pass a judgement on what someone should be intaking without knowing their weight, height, daily caloric expenditure and any medical history that may play a apart so for me 1600 is only around 200 calories in a deficit. I don't track my veg and never have, I keep the amounts consistent day to day! ☺

1600 seems very low do you count strictly? Cause if you don't count veg and stuff it can add up to 100s of cals
