    I recently discovered your channel and have spent the past few days watching videos in some random order LOLL. Not complaining coz thoroughly enjoying your running and overall fitness journey. Would love to see more healthy meal ideas incorporated in the vlogs :)

    Holly!!! Thank you so much for all your videos. Just wanted to let you know 4 months ago you were my inspiration to start running and today I completed my first 16k race and in 3 weeks I'll be running a half-marathon!!

    I literally couldn't take my eyes of the huge jar of Percy Pigs🐷😄by the way do you know that there're almost identical candies in the Netherlands? I was so stunned when seeing them in their supermarkets, they call them katja biggetjes, though look and taste to me exactly like percy pigs. Since I live in a country without M&S, I brought two big bags of them coming home with me, so satisfying chewing those little pinky piglets🐷🐽🥰 by the way I'd love to see some Percy pig recipes if you do use them to make desserts or snacks🤩

      so I seasoned it with honey, soy sauce, garlic puree, salt, pepper and lime juice and airfryed for 25 minutes x

    I don't understand how you can just switch to intuitive eating like id still be tempted to roughly make an estimate in my head or otherwise Id have no idea if I ate 1000 cals and underage or 2800+ and overate

      these people have counted their calories and macros for some time to kinda memorize and estimate the calories they are eating. So I would say they are roughly counting but not obsessing over it.

      So I tracked for about five years meaning I have a really good understanding of what is in certain foods so it almost feels like muscle memory to me now ahah. I also feel super in tune with my body from it so I kind of know what it needs around what exercise I'm doing!
