Thank you for addressing this subject so openly. Breast augmentation is something I’ve considered for years, but besides the painful recovery period, I’ve been worried about losing my progress fitness wise. Wishing everything goes well with your procedure.
I admire your honesty so much ! I actually had a breast augmentation 2 years ago and honestly best decision ever I feel so so much confortable in my body and more confident its something that I had been thinking for years and that I wanted to do truly for myself and I love them so so much ! recovery depends if you put the implants under or over the muscle, perosnnaly I did under the muscle so more painful and more recovery time but so natural!I started working out (lower body with no weights or anything in the arms) 2 months later I think but ask your surgeon he will tell you all of that because it depends on lots of factors! wish you a good recovery girl ♡
A good zip front sports bra and just take it easy! My recovery was really good and wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I thought! Good luck and enjoy them!! Ur body ur mind so just do what is best for u! I don’t regret mine at all and have had them in 8 years now and there still fabulous x
Please would you be able to do a video on how you plan your meals to fit into your calories / macros? Do you put everything into my fitness pal first? Thanks :)
Good luck! Best decision I made. So Arnica tablets help to heal from the inside, zero alcohol as alcohol opens capillaries which will make you bleed more. Opening doors, drawers, cupboards and unfortunately the fridge will be difficult so try and put all your plates/glasses/cutlery out on the worktop the day before you go in. Jean and any tight leggings that you have to pull up will be hard (seems silly but true) so loose joggers is best. These are the less obvious things I can think of :)
Hope everything goes well Holly! I’ve been in the same boat for over 10 years now since I was around 20 (now 31) and still haven’t had them done 😅 done lots of research though. V pillows and plenty of rest even when you feel ‘a bit better today' don’t overdo it cause that will backfire on you. Anything to do with lifting your arms above waist so have everything you need at counter height. And if you really need to wash your hair get someone to do it for you. I know you’re moving and don’t know if you’ll be living alone or still gonna be flat sharing but it might be best that someone will be there with you for the first couple of months to help out. Good luck! 😘
I don’t think having surgery means you’re not body positive. I just think it’s important to be honest which you’re! 🙌 Good luck with your surgery. My only advice is do not drop calories post-surgery. Your body actually needs more calories as it’s working hard to do lots of repairing xx
Hey Holly! Thank you for being so open and honest about your surgery, you’ve been so brave and it can be so daunting to open up about these things. I had a breast reduction a couple of years ago and it was the BEST decision I ever made. My boobs were my biggest insecurity and making the decision to change that was so empowering. My tips are to make sure to keep all of the things you need (snacks (obvs!), tea, books, water etc) at hip height so you don’t have to lift your arms to get things out of cupboards. A V shaped pillow is a must to help you sleep upright and make sure to take it easy, even on the days that you feel a bit more mobile as I found on the days I felt a bit better, I’d do too much and then felt it later in they day and regret it! Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck xx
I’ve had breast augmentation twice, and I’ll be honest, I regret getting them done, and I’m actually looking to get them removed, but, in regards to pain/recovery etc just go at your own pace, i recovered so much quicker the 2nd time because I listened to my body! FYI the pain isn’t pleasant, the worst for me was the incision area, but everyone’s pain threshold is different isn’t it and I’m a big baby with a very low pain threshold! Best tip, get yourself a v pillow, will make sleeping sitting up for the 1st 2 weeks so much easier! I’m sure you’ll be absolutely fine, enjoy your new boobies 😆 x
I had my boobs done 5 months ago and it's the best thing I've done, I wish I'd done it years ago. I watched soooo many breast Augmentation vlogs which really helped. Are you going to film a vlog about it? Good luck xx
Ah I will definitely be doing that! Thank you so much Laura. I don't think I will vlog it as I am just worried about advertising/ glamourising it too much but will share bits and bobs with you all of course!xxx

Hi, what color/product is on your lips when you’re making your breakfast?
A v shaped pillow for sleeping helps millions! Usually they recommend you sleep upright so that helps loads! Xx

Girl! Cook your chicken sausages in the air fryer - they literally take like 4 min!
