I love both of these songs. I love chads gutturals. I love ryans bass playing, he is a huge inspiration for me. I love matts drums. I love gregs guitar tone.
Chad's voice is thrashed. They still kick ass but he can't hit the same notes he used to. I can't blame him, screaming like he does night after night. I was at the Milwaukee show July 14th and they were very fresh Chad sounded really good but you can definitely notice the difference in the last month and a half. All in all it still sounds pretty good though.
Yeah, they came to st louis and it was the first night of the tour with Zombie. It was so amazing. Static X was fresh. Mudvaynes vocals were killer. Chad killed it

This guy is DOUBLE my age, and even I had trouble doing severed, NEARLY 10 YEARS AGO at 16, in 1 take. He's 51 years old & has honestly (IMO) got so much better at controlling his vocals, his breath control has always been crazy good. The fact he can still do those sort of heavy, breath-taking, painful songs at his age is unbelievable, considering how much damage he likely did to his vocals back in the LD50 days in the first place! TL;DR - Chad Gray is still a fucking beast & continues to surprise me. P.S - That high scream at 3:32 is AMAZING! Always loved Chad's highs.

He’s worked hard with both bands and devoted the vocals to the business. My favorite style of screaming next to Randy Blythe. Just straight raw power and from heavy smokers/drinkers nonetheless.

The edit makes me mad a little mad since its cut between 3 different concerts. I live near Chicago and the concert there was amazing and all his makeup was completely gone.
